Genting Casino Westcliff — Attraction in England

This is a good casino.

There is a reasonable selection of games and the price for alcohol is very good. We have eaten there before and the food was decent. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The high ceilings make the experience feel a little less intense than some other casinos we have visited. The cash machines allow you to withdraw money without a handling fee which is often not the case in casinos. The toilets are modern and very clean. There are plenty of television screen if you want to watch some live sport and the entertainment is fun if a little lacking in quality.

A few things which prevent a five star review.

they have removed the £1 minimum bet roulette tables since the pandemic on our recent visit, lots of people sit around the roulette tables in big groups with only one person gambling - this make it difficult to access the table. Normally, the croupier will prevent this happening but this did not happen. the cocktails are not...

What an amazing Vegas like casino. Now I’m not one for casinos and always dread going to them as all I think people do is gamble and I don’t.

I walked and and was greeted by a friendly security guard and suddenly remembered that I hadn’t ID. He told me not to worry and made my way to the reception. Reception was as friendly as the security and the issue of no ID was quickly resolved without making a fuss.

I was there for an event, the food was incredible and the wine was flowing all at great prices with great service from the staff. I watched the show of the night and only expected it to be an hour long. Two hours later I was still cheering and clapping them. What an amazing evening and what an amazing experience. For someone who says casinos is not his thing I’ll definitely be going back for my Vegas like experience.

Not a huge variety of machines, majority is roulette tables or roulette machines, more bar than Casino. However outstanding venue, very clean, bright and welcoming. Want to say thank you to Rachel and Katie at the bar for being super friendly and helpful, was Katie's first shift and she had a group of people that were beyond rude and ignoring her when trying to take payment but she handled herself really well and me and my partner enjoyed our night. Also to Jack in the first room just inside the entrance it was super late but he was still bright and bubbly and explained one of the machines to us. And the lady at the front desk again super late but wide awake, friendly and overall great bunch of staff members. Impressed, will defo come for a drink or two again but the gambling I will give a...
