The lights are really wierd and caused me to have a migraine. I know itsvthe grosvenor lightingvas I only get migraines once every 4 or 5 years. It happened the last time I went and then agsin this week exactly the same. Spoke ro other customers about the lights and its a common opinion the lighting us "off" and needs sorting out. Xome on grosvenor management sort ut out Also had to mention the singing card dealer. A lady who is self obsessed and inappropriate nobody enters a poker tournament for a sibg alibgbwirh the dealer!!! This is also quite a common peeve aningst poker players at tus venue. And thirdly the valet, a short older lady with dark hair. Dont know if its me or it was the lad next to me that she an issue with or if this is just her temperament. We were ignored twice when asking to order a drink. Then even worse the lad said she keeps looking at us. And sure enough i looked up as she was serving another table abd she kept giving us odd looks. I waited over an hour for a cold drink when I sat down at the table. Regardless of who she is annoyed with its another example of the staffs unprofessionalism at this venue. I stopped going here and only went to Gentibg for last few years but thought I would give it another try this week but it looks like i have to travel ro the far side pf blaxkpool and pay xostly taxis home still. This venue ia a 5 minute walk from my front door. The place needs to sort its culture as you ARE losing xuatomers...
Read moreNOT DISABLED FRIENDLY!!! Had a great holiday all week, everyone was accommodating for my wife who has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. Yesterday the weather was atrocious and my wife found herself urgently needing the toilet. We headed for the south pier and found we could not get into disabled toilet there as access to side of building had been locked. The next nearest building was grosvenor casino. So we went and asked if she could use the disabled toilet. I asked if my wife could use the disabled toilet, so it was clear this was for a disabled person, not myself. I was asked if we were members, this was an emergency situation, I said no and was swiftly informed that my disabled wife was not allowed to use the toilet, we were then prompted to use another establishment across the road, this was an emergency situation, so we had to wait and cross the road, which took time with the traffic. I thought this was so wrong as it would not have disrupted your business, it would however have helped someone less fortunate than yourselves. Sadly this delay caused my wife even more anxiety as she needs time to switch from wheelchair to toilet. In a town with excellent disability facilities scattered all around you were the exception, awful treatment of a lovely lady, yes I am biased, but I love my wife and sad and angry to see her suffer such indignity by snooty and condescending staff. Shame on your establishment,...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Grosvenor Casino in Blackpool, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The casino offers a fantastic range of games, including Blackjack and Roulette, which were both thrilling and well-organized. The atmosphere was lively, and it’s clear that they put a lot of effort into creating an environment that’s both exciting and welcoming.
One of the highlights of the evening was when they opened up the dice table. It’s not often you see this in casinos, and it added an extra level of excitement to the night. The energy around the table was contagious, and it was a real treat to see something different being offered.
I also want to give a special shout-out to two outstanding staff members: Mini P and Fraser. Mini P was incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring that everyone at the table was having a great time. Fraser was equally impressive, offering helpful tips and making sure the games ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Grosvenor Casino Blackpool is a fantastic venue with top-notch service, a great selection of games, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking for a fun night out, this is definitely the place to be. I can’t wait to...
