Saw the BIDCA performance of Peter Pan. It was amazing. The performers are fantastic. We were waiting in the cafe for a while beforehand and unfortunately they were not serving food there until after the performance had started. When the doors to the arena opened we discovered another food stall there however after ordering 6 meals for our party we had to return the hot dogs as they were served to us cold! After a wait we did get fresh hot dogs however was disappointed to be served them cold at first. We weren't the only party to experience this either. Couldn't fault the staff for rectifying the issue however steps should be taken in all food establishments to ensure got food is served at the correct temperature.

Went to see the Ice show Amour Amour and it was fantastic, took my dad and he loved it too. What an incredible 2 hours of entertainment I was smiling all the way through. Full of amazing talent beautiful people in beautiful costumes, the ice skating with the music was spot on. The girls where beautiful and the guys made me want to head to the gym and work out. Hot Ice it certainly was one of the performers even had a hot bath. Lady a few seats down wanted to jump in it I think. Highly recommended, gooooooo! Congratulations to everyone who works on this show simply fantastic !

The service from all the staff was excellent 😃 The children’s show is lovely to watch. I wasn’t keen on the story line this year. You had to understand the tale of Alice in wonderland which my 6 year old grandson didn’t. Peter Pan last year was spellbinding. The skating skills, costumes and choreography were wonderful and the children put their heart and soul into performing. The seating is very cramped and it’s not easy to access if you have mobility issues and can take a little time navigating the stairs to your seats. Ticket booking was easy online.

First ever visit to Hot Ice and it was amazing!! We went to the matinee performance which lasted 50 minutes. The standard of skating was unbelievable - just wow! The whole thing from the lighting to the sound to the whole production was top notch. From the time we entered the arena til the end of the show he atmosphere was electric. Absolutely loved it from start to finish. Will definitely be back next year and will be going to the full length evening performance… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This probably needs a better description on the reviews. This is an arena within the pleasure beach. So the reviews for this should be about the arena and not the pleasure beach if that makes sense. We visited to see the Nickelodeon show slime fest which was fantastic. Arena has lots of space and well laid out. Entry is under a tunnel on the promenade rather than through the park. Great venue and a great show. All the staff and security were excellent.

Great ice skating experience over the Christmas holidays. There’s car parking spaces outside the venue and also a car park close by. The highlight of this ice rink is that they offer figure skates hire instead of the usual hockey skates. Definitely recommend. - Parking ✅ - Skate hire ✅ - Café with dairy free milk alternatives ✅ - Lockers ❌
