Absoloutley fantastic park! Pleasure beach is by far the UK's best theme/amusement park. It has rides for everyone, including Valhalla and Big one as their two greatest thrill rides and a load of family rides as well! Unlike most theme parks, Pleasure beach is flexible with it's entrance fee. Instead of having to pay full price (Ā£35) to enter the park even if you don't want to ride anything, you can go in for just a fiver if you don't want to ride anything. Whilst some people complain about this, at most theme parks you will have to pay full price no matter what. You can also buy wristbands for just Nickelodeon land at a cheaper price.

Overall I would highly reccomend Pleasure beach to everyone, it is fantastic, has great rides for all ages and the queues are never too long (compared with other UK theme parks.) I would reccomend this park over the likes of Alton towers, Thorpe park and Chessington because it is...

Don't come on any day there are school trips. It is chaos with massive ques and kids changing their minds who they want to sit with or end up 6 kids take over one coaster all sitting themselves. They disappear about 4pm but then some of the rides start developing 'faults' or get shut. Came with my 6 year old and the coasters she can ride are good and worth the wait even watching the speedy ticket folk hum and haw with who's sitting at the front. Could be quicker ride turn around also but it's mostly folk just taking their time to get off and find their friends.

Some big hitter rides but not enough smaller ones to do that are worth waiting anymore than 20mins.

We did the ice skate show Hot Ice which was the afternoon shown for a fiver which was extremely good and about the only value I feel we got out the day.

4th time I've been over the years and Definenlty the poorest experience yet. Wee one brave faced it all...

Loved the hot ice show! Skaters, choreography, music and costumes were fab. Most of the skating was good or excellent. Excellent pair skaters and dramatic fast routines. Good use of lighting & pyrotechnics. A couple of the male skaters were having a mare, and kept falling on their triple jumps (ouch) but it was still fantastic! The skaters often entered the rink from the stairs in the audience, they were within touching distance! The aerial acrobat was awesome. We were able to pre-order interval drinks, chose hot chocolate as expected to be frozen but the theatre wasn't nearly as cold as thought, didn't need the blanket we'd taken! Went to one of the public skating sessions on Saturday morning, very different skating in an ice theatre rink as its small and compact. Amazing the skaters in the show got so much speed to do these big jumps, even saw a triple flip, triple toe combo...

Saw the BIDCA performance of Peter Pan. It was amazing. The performers are fantastic. We were waiting in the cafe for a while beforehand and unfortunately they were not serving food there until after the performance had started. When the doors to the arena opened we discovered another food stall there however after ordering 6 meals for our party we had to return the hot dogs as they were served to us cold! After a wait we did get fresh hot dogs however was disappointed to be served them cold at first. We weren't the only party to experience this either. Couldn't fault the staff for rectifying the issue however steps should be taken in all food establishments to ensure got food is served at the correct temperature.

Went to see the Ice show Amour Amour and it was fantastic, took my dad and he loved it too. What an incredible 2 hours of entertainment I was smiling all the way through. Full of amazing talent beautiful people in beautiful costumes, the ice skating with the music was spot on. The girls where beautiful and the guys made me want to head to the gym and work out. Hot Ice it certainly was one of the performers even had a hot bath. Lady a few seats down wanted to jump in it I think. Highly recommended, gooooooo! Congratulations to everyone who works on this show simply fantastic !

The service from all the staff was excellent 😃 The children’s show is lovely to watch. I wasn’t keen on the story line this year. You had to understand the tale of Alice in wonderland which my 6 year old grandson didn’t. Peter Pan last year was spellbinding. The skating skills, costumes and choreography were wonderful and the children put their heart and soul into performing. The seating is very cramped and it’s not easy to access if you have mobility issues and can take a little time navigating the stairs to your seats. Ticket booking was easy online.
