Tevezcut — Attraction in England

Brilliant cut, well chuffed with my first skin fade :') The music is bumping, the atmosphere is great, and the price for how good this cut is was insanely good. A tenner! A third of the price of Mint down the road, so glad I chose Tevez instead. The guy cutting my hair (not sure of his name as it's my first time there, apologies) listened to everything I had to say and left it long enough on top like I asked, even if it meant he had to cut it a little shorter afterwards because it wasn't sitting right. Means I don't look like a thumb which has happened in the past! Always a plus! The other guys were a bit boisterous and unprofessional at times, taking the scissors off the guy who was cutting my hair and claiming he was "Not allowed to use them because they're twenty five quid", along with shouting, spraying each other with water, and no one even so much as looked at me when I came in the door, so customer service could do with a serious boost. But end of the day you're not there for the people, you're there for the haircut, and Tevez is somewhere I'll definitely be going back to....

I booked an appointment for 4:45pm today and when I arrive for my appointment to see tevez, someone is getting there haircut at the time of my appointment with him, that's fine as I don't mind waiting 5-10 mins, it hits nearly 5:30pm and he's finally finished whilst chatting away the whole time. When it's finally time for me to get my haircut, he sees someone he must know or is friends with and invites him to sit down to get his haircut next. Totally ignoring me or acknowledging the fact I should of been in that seat getting my haircut at 4:45 or at the very least, be the next to get my haircut. I booked a week in advance for this... It's all just jokes to them in there. The most unprofessional barbers I've ever been too. Customers that hadn't even booked an appointment were being seen before me and the guy who took my appointment was one of them. Yeah terrible experience...

When I first had my haircut here it was a great job done on my hair and was done quickly. You have to pay with cash for some reason every time despite the fact they have a card machine there available. I booked in for a haircut around 2 weeks ago and when I turned up I was told the barber I selected was not there. So I rebooked it the other day and the same happened again I was told the barber I booked was not there. I think they need to fix their booking system or at least be clearer when booking it saying the barber might not be there. You'd think they would be there after a 2nd booking since they have about 10 barbers to work there. So basically great haircuts but bad customer...
