I've been to piers all over the world. I'm not a pier nerd, but the Under the Pier show ticked all my boxes in a way that nothing has done before. I was expecting to pay an entrance fee just to see the machines. We saw a 5 year old crying when getting out of the bath jobbie, but in a weird way it made everything seem more freakish. Read moreI read about this quirky arcade shop in a tourist guide, so as we were on the pier we decided to check it out...brilliant!! It’s a small shop so I could imagine it being fairly crowded, lucky it was an off season day when we called in so had the place to ourselves, & I loved the really wacky games (not expensive either). They definitely have a homemade feel to them, but so what, & I’ve been telling all my friends about this place whilst having a good old chuckle to myself...

I loved the arm-chair holiday....! The fact that I watched YT videos about how some of the games worked made it all the more interesting.
