We've been lot's of time's to this cafe always been good, but I'm afraid the last time the service was poor and slow, we sat outside because we have a big dog,we arrived sat down after around 10 minutes my sister said do you order inside I said no they come to your table another 5 minutes went by so my sister went inside to say we would like to order some food the girl arrived about 5min later saying sorry for the delay took our orders about 10 minutes later our drinks arrived we drank them and waited and waited and finally 1 hour later a boy arrived at our table with one meal, and brought one at a time 3 of my party had ordered scones with a drink offer which should come with a side of cream and jam or chutney none arrived so in my sister goes again and the lad brought one out we said no should be two chutneys in he goes and brings out one more and we then had ato ask where the cream and jam was for the third scone,he goes back in and brings that out, so all in all we were there for 2 hours far too long for a scone and tea such a shame as we always go here when we visit Southwold, seemed enough staff just didn't seem to be...

Such a shame have been many times before, lovely spot and had always had a great experience.

I think it says it all to how much we enjoyed the cafe, food and friendly staff. If we are ever in the area again we...
