Been using pub since 16 yrs age 61 now Totally mortified the comfyness of bar I couldn't fault use to have lounge area with wing backed leather high chairs .always made a real comforting beer chat friend s Some body sadly moved that option made bad mistake , gone with banging loads tables n chairs like a dining area . So sat out garden .no longer feels like pub I grown to love .

A great location, but sadly stuck in a time warp. Food uninspiring, mens toilet smells like you imagine. There is also a to ‘let’ sign outside. Used to be a busy old fashioned boozer, now still a boozer with little appeal. Beer not cheap as they are caught in a vicious circle. Sad really.

Really nice old pub on Bristol Road in Gloucester. Parking is limited but on street parking available. Plenty of seating inside and outside front and back. Do nice selection of Real Ales, 6 x, Butcombe. Have different ciders and Lagers available also. They do a Sunday Carvery and other menu options. Staff friendly and welcoming and helpful. The HGL Special breakfast is incredible. Went in with my wife and good friend yesterday who usually gets his breakfast "treat" elsewhere. He's a convert to The Linden Tree now! Quality is amazing, all locally sourced and plenty of it. The service we received was second to none, couldn't fault it! Good selection of beers too so that's on the to do list. All in all I'd thoroughly recommend checking them out. You won't be...

Went in for a breakfast this morning. Had the HGL Special. The food was outstanding, presentation faultless and the quality of food for the price you pay was sensational.

Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Good selection of beers/lagers and a lovely environment to sit for a couple of pints and some bar snacks.

Would recommend to anyone.

Thank-you to everyone at The Linden Tree!
