Staff were lovely and attentive, the environment seemed very clean, tidy and professional which I liked. However, I came in for the first time last week with my partner and was thoroughly disappointed with the drinks. They got a matcharo which was very powdery in texture and tasted like that of chalk and matcha, not of Taro at all. I got a raspberry fruit tea with kiwi popping balls. I was not expecting the texture, as it is more like a smoothie rather than a fruit tea, but that isn't my issue. The raspberry tasted very bitter but overall was okay, however the kiwi popping balls tasted like nothing and didnt add anything at all. Came in today as we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope other drinks were better, and they turned out worse. I got a strawberry fruit tea and for lack of a better word it was inedible. So bitter yet blind and watered down, it didn't even taste reminiscent of strawberry and I actually couldn't drink more than afew sips. I love bubble tea but I would be hesitent to try this...

Absolutely fantastic! First time visiting here with my son, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly to start with, and as someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years, I really loved how they acknowledged the customer behind me whilst sorting our order. Lots of choice on the menu for all different tastes and choice of mills. Served in real bubble tea cups too. We ordered caramel iced lattes and were the best we have tried (and that's alot) and my son had a baby Boba, again which he loved. Overall, great service with a smile and quality product. Highly...

Do not recommend! me an my mum both got cones and my mums had a large black piece of plastic in it she nearly swallowed it! If that was a child they may have choked on this…the plastic was deep into the cone so we were a good bit away once we noticed this so just be careful as u may have bits in your order that shouldn’t be there! Also icream was vanilla and was very gritty. Both went straight in the bin. The plastic was placed back in where it came out of the ice cream just to show how...

The hot chocolate was okay. But the seating area?! Reminded me of something from roblox games …(I want to say I’m joking), but slightly disappointing that there’s no tables or even some sort of cushions on these ‘blocks’. I’m guessing it’s designed with youngsters in mind. Also no snacks or cakes or anything at all but bubble tea. Was lucky enough to see they have hot chocolate. Would I recommend it? The jury is still out.

Cupp is in Glasgow and we tried two flavours of boba. Matcha original and mango milk tea, enjoyed both the drinks. Taste was really good not too sweet . I love how the tapioca boba tasted better than all the drinks I had in Glasgow till date. Only thing is it is but costlier side than the other options available in Glasgow, but I still recommend it.
