I bought a pair of Robell ladies' trousers from Flagship, on line. Unfortunately, I'm too short and the trousers don't seem to come in "petite", which is a shame, because they are amazing! and it meant that I had to return them... However, my disappointment turned into a "fabulous experience" as I telephoned the shop and spoke to Ivan, co-proprietor, to enquire about these amazing trousers and ended up having a most charming conversation, but best of all, NO QUESTIONS, NO PROBLEM, he just said "send them back and we'll refund you"... just like that!

I most certainly recommend Flagship Boutique not only for the fabulous clothes they sell (all amazing quality and very good brands) but for the attention you will get from the...
