Extremely poor customer service!

Over 1hr 30mins past the scheduled delivery time slot! In the end over 2hrs from order to arrival.

Delivery Driver was then extremely arrogant and tried to fob it off on us as the customer because “they are busy this evening”

Completely lied to on the phone by Fei the so called Manager! Further down the line in the conversation, he chained his tune to, “l’m a kind of Manager”.

To top it off when the food arrived it was barely lukewarm & poor quality! A total waste of £35.00 as it ended up in the bin!

We certainly will not be using this restaurant/take away...

Used this takeaway last year when visiting Knaresborough and had a delicious “meal for 2”. Having read some of the recent reviews we were sceptical but decided to return and make up our own minds. I presume it has changed hands as the name of the takeaway has changed. We had ribs and 3 different mains , 3 portions of fried rice and complimentary prawn crackers (2 bags). In the mains there were big juicy prawns , pork , beef and chicken and lots of lovely veg. It was all delicious. The chap who served us was friendly and polite. We will definitely go again next time we visit...

I have been using this takeaway for a couple of years now, and it’s been very good! however things have started to drop off, i have just paid £30.00 for a couple of meals and a couple of starters and i have to say it’s gone in the bin!! My Special chowmain had a couple of pieces of meat in it, but totally tasteless, as was the pancake rolls, the rest was just as bad! i have never ever left a review for any takeaway, but this company is really taking the P##s. I will never use your company ever again!
