Puttshack Lakeside — Attraction in Great Britain

In my most honest opinion, Puttshack is a truly unreal experience. The music fits with the atmosphere and the lighting, making the place more lively. the main golfing area is split up into 4 areas, with their unique courses. You don't even have to go in order! (except for the last one). The tech/systems here are very advanced. An example is because there's a screen for each course, telling you how much shots you get for each hole, and it displays everyone's registered names. You have to pre-book an available timing first. It's worth it. The voice that's on the screen sounds very energetic and lively, sounding very happy to be there. The voice also has humor depending on how many shots you took. i think this is a really cool feature. One of my favorite courses is the wheel. Your ball has to roll past the wheel sensor and if you get a hole in one, you win the random free prize! Talking about free prizes, I came here during a Halloween event and while golfing I found an orange ball. If you found one of these. You could approach a staff member and exchange the ball for a free coupon of food. I chose the doughnut sundae. It was very filling and yummy. I might be crazy for saying this, but me and a group of friends cheated on our 2nd course 🫢🤫and we were on the leaderboard and it was under MY name!🤯 Since it was with friends, I wanted to join in and I had lots of fun doing so while not ruining the fun for others as it's only a daily leaderboard so it would've reset the next day. I was having a laugh the whole entire time.The staff are also nice and there's a built-in bar which has a variety of drinks for adults. If you pre-booked, there should be no wait because atleast 1 or more of the sign in machines are free if you come during the morning (9am-11:30am) I would also heavily recommend this place for parties as it is infinitely fun, with friends and family. I would come here any time, even night. Overall, a very good choice for indoor golf and an 11/10...

Puttshack Lakeside truly made our Christmas party unforgettable, we had over 250 people attending, all playing mini golf, eating good food, and dancing the night away, and every part of the evening completely exceeded our expectations!

Firstly, the food was amazing! We had a festive buffet that perfectly set the mood for Christmas. The menu catered to lots of different dietary requirements too, which led to endless positive comments for the food spread.

The mini golf added lots of competitive fun; you could hear cheering all around the room throughout the night from people getting a hole-in-one! The DJ knew how to get people dancing and keep them dancing too. He was playing a mix of newer music, and Christmas classics, and with the drinks coming through, everyone was in great spirits, and getting involved, which was so nice to see.

Our hosts on the night were incredible. Aurora kept us informed all night long, helped us relax and enjoy the night with everyone else but also had a special power of magically appearing whenever we needed some assistance.

Now, none of this would have happened without months of back and forth, and since July we have been working closely with Chantel, who has been incredible, communication was always so quick, and Chantel was happy for us to come in on several occasions to discuss options and what we wanted. Plus, always being available on email and the phone. No question would go unanswered with her, she has been a delight to work alongside in getting everything perfect for the Christmas party.

Overall, the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I was in contact with at Puttshack Lakeside was outstanding. The evening ran so smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better process throughout, the enthusiasm and dedication from everyone truly enhanced the experience, making the party feel even more special. I’m really upset at the way I was treated tonight at your venue, the bar staff are the rudest I’ve ever experienced, I stood at the bar with my daughter and was just ignored, there were other people who had just come to the bar and they got served before us, I was really angry and complained to the manager and she said to one of the bar staff can you serve me next but still nothing and she could see me still standing there and just said you will be next but nothing it took my daughter to complain to one of your bar staff can he serve us next as we been standing there for ages, he served us but you could tell he didn’t want to, when we sat down to have our drinks there was no alcohol in them, he thought he could just get away with serving us drinks without alcohol and charging us full price for them just because we complained, we took the drinks back up to the bar and asked for a refund because there was no alcohol in the drinks, we thought at least that we would be offered the drinks to be made again or alcohol to be put in but nothing just gave us a refund and not even an apology, this has happened twice to us in your venue from your bar staff and I’m really upset as we really like the atmosphere in there and the music but your bar staff make it impossible for us to stay, it’s very upsetting to be treated like this and I feel your bar staff need to be trained better not treat your customers like this, everyone should be treated the same, this has made me not want to go back because of the rude treatment from...
