This station has two platforms and takes you to London Waterloo with several stops along the way including Staines, Ashford Surrey and Clapham Junction, and back again. The station is just minutes away from the castle and easily walkable. The town centre is also within easy reach with a mix of shops from fashion to homewares to tourist gifts. The station has CCTV and ticket barriers which do not accept Oyster. There's ample seating on the platform and entrance, a cash machine and a number of phones if that's how you roll. ☺️ Toilets are available, and a small kiosk selling snacks and drinks. Station is manned part-time if you have any queries. There is car parking nearby which is quite expensive.

Took the train from Waterloo station had 19 stops along the way all quick and no problems. The Windsor/Eaton station itself couldnt be in a more picturesque location you can see the tops of the castle as soon as you get out of the station and the flag was up so the queen was home. What more could a person ask for. I've never seen a more charming town.

A lovely station in Windsor. It does not accept contactless or oyster so make sure you are aware of that before getting a train there. Other then that a brilliant station in Windsor that unlike the GWR one, you can get a straight train to London without having to change.

Let people on to trains first...

A suggestion: When there are cyclists at the barrier waiting to get on to a train, give them preference over people ok food wanting to get out though the double barrier !! . People leaving can’t miss a train, those coming in CAN - And in my case did, but that was also due to one of the ever-growing breed of people in Britain who don’t care about anyone else, only themselves, even if they know a person will miss a train ...!...

Such disgusting and rude staff. Staff was on a phone call whilst speaking with me and shouted at me. This is the same man who i met the other day that let two boys who had been riding in the station and had no ticket out and stopped me a black woman to ask for my ticket. I had one and displayed it. Im honestly disgusted with this behavior. Delaying me despite my explanation and i had little time to get to the...
