We waited 3 hours for food to arrive after ordering and paying through Just Eat. After a missed call from the driver and 3 attempts to phone them back, my sister was finally able to get through to someone. They informed us that there were road works and they could not get to our house; however there was a diversion and alternative routes to our house the driver could have taken. After speaking to someone on the phone they informed me that the driver had returned to Windsor and they could send the food again. This was 3 hours after the order was placed. We declined this offer and requested a refund from Just Eat. This is the second time that we have had issues with this company, the first was over a year ago with the incorrect food being delivered. Please do not waste your money here fake chicken and cold kebabs I ordered a chicken burger and asked for Mayo on each side of the chicken they ignored my request and put extra on top of the chicken, I also ordered a chicken wrap and a lamb donner kebab in which the chicken in both burger and wrap was fake chicken and very crispy( to the point I felt as though I was eating batter alone) the lamb donner was freezing cold although I ordered and ate in my car next door! It was smothered in sauce far far to much and the lamb itself was hard, in some strips it felt over cooked and others looked undercooked £13 I paid for this though! Which I guess reflects the quality of the food and I received 2 napkins(one screwed up) for 3 meals do not waste...

Absolutely disgusting place to eat from. There is hair in the bag of my good and in my wrap i called the restaurant to try to get a replacement instead of taking accountability they told me it isnt their hair and I am lying first to say it is my hair (my hair is red and long and that hair is black and short) then he proceeded to blame the uber delivery driver when the bag was enclosed. Disgusting shop with disgusting service!! AVOID! I will be taking the matter forward with uber and an investigation for a breach of food hygiene will be made!!!!!
