Appartment was nicely decorated, cosy and had a wonderful heating TV was cheap Squeaky floor boards Worn out bed mattress leaning to one side (?) Lovely free on-site parking (although property management not aware which parking bay belongs to the flat) resulting in tome.loss enquiring and issues with other residents
Landlord himself not the property management company was friendly but not intervened and thus giving a resolution although he visited the premises with no prior notice during the stay Still wondering why ....
Floor was unclean. My wife needed to clean the while place from top to bottom Charged with a £120 cleaning fee beforehand
Oven was not operational right from the start of our stay for 7 days It was known to the management company right the beginning Advised not to operate Couldn't cook food in the oven !!! The handyman who came after repetitive delays from the management company didn't give a solution
Requested a 2nd set of keys cause we are two adults - request denied @!! Frustration and lack of sleep of my wife that needed to wait for me to come late after midnight to the premises! Couldn't go out without keys
We noticed that the integrated Fridge freezer was not keeping items cold or frozen. We made many requests to the management company and they were delayed in giving a solution, during our stay.
Eventually a very small appliance was provided but was not an appropriate capacity for a family of three.
They just bought the cheapest appliance! with no other space in the kitchen it had in the living room.
Due to the failure of the appliance we had to throw items away. With the smaller unit we had to dispose of more food, to a total of £100.
No water flow on the shower - needed to wait 5 days forbthe handyman who wasn't familiar of the premises plumbing layout!
Bathroom's tap hose too short for a proper shower !
Noisy neighbours with kids upstairs. Noise all throughout the day especially in the mornings due to wooden floorboards Rude and not cooperating Referred to communicate to the management company
Dirty and noisy air bathroom extractor upon arruval even after cleaning still noisy
Requested a mailbox key for one important mail - request denied
Requested to indicate us a safe location for a couple of deliveries that couldn't be delivered onto a locker location - Couldn't provide a solution !!!
Highly Problematic and frustrating stay all throughout
Irresponsible property management agents not taking any responsibility, not giving any solution, only promising to relay messages to management/maintenence team resulting in no solutions and continuous delays with all the utter lack of support from the property management company.
Continuous interruption on my work due to messages exchange with them and trying to protect my rights as a guest and their continuous misdoings !
We spent many hours making calls to multiple people to get the issue of the food dealt with and the cleanliness of the property was sub par (below a usual or normal level)
Due to the amount of time spent on the phone, the poor standard of the property and the wasted food some compensation...
Read moreI staid in their Harper's Place near King's cross airbnb with my husband and two friends. They charged us with a 100 pounds fee. After 5 days after we left they sent us a message telling us that we damaged the vacum cleaner and that we have to pay. We told them that when we left everithing was ok and that when we used the vacum cleaner it worked just fine. They said that the cord button is jamed, but I did not touch that button. The cord came right out, I pressed the on/off button, I vacumed, I pressed the on/off button again, and the cord went back in with no other button nedded to be pushed. I litterely DID NOT TOUCH that damn button. They said that they have photos as proof after we left, but when we demanded pictures from BEFORE we left they just said that they assure us that they verify after each client and they asked us for an email to send I don't know what video, to show us that it does not work. We pressed complains to booking and we will go as far as UK customer rights agengy for being falsly accused and for trying to scam people.
We trusted this company, but trust no one people! Take your own pictures right when you arrive and test everything!

They now de-listed the place while they try to extort money from us, days after we left and they initially confirmed everything was ok. They are also very aggressive and pushy in communication, trying to intimidate customers on chat. Below are a few descriptions: The place is old and not renovated at all. I guess that's why it's cheaper than other places near it. We had 4 small towels that were more resembling sandpaper. 3. Beds were squeaking constantly, tv was old and cheap and the remote was barely working like almost all equipment in the house. Wi-fi had almost no signal in the bedrooms and barely any in the living room.
The day we left, the next guests have arrived at the same time we were checking out. We left they keys at the agreed upon location and confirmed with them via Chat. They said all is good, then 4 days later they contacted us to demand money for repairs. Mind you, 4 days after we left and other customers checked in.
