We found this place as my group wanted to have a little bit of a fancier dinner while visiting London. We saw their three course menu for only 25 pounds; it even came with a glass of wine! We made a reservation and took the tube over. Unfortunately, there wasn't really a direct bus line that brought us there and had to walk about 15 minutes. However, the view was amazing as we walked along with a beautiful view of the London Bridge. The restaurant was in almost the furthest corner of the whole line. When we arrived, I told the staff I had made a reservation, but they looked at me very confused. The host finally came and seated us. It wasn't busy so it was fine, but my group still felt like confused why they acted the way they did. Anyways, this place has a beautiful view of the skyline and bridge so it was very lovely. We ordered the chicken terrine, cauliflower soup, and mackerel, risotto and sea bream, and the rice pudding and orange sorbet. For the wine, we were just given the option of red or white. The food was amazing. We were super impressed and happy that we were able to do such a meal without hurting our wallets. When we came to pay, I had put some of my coin pounds in hopes to get rid of them, but received even more coins! It seemed that the host didn't have any single pounds and it was pretty cumbersome. I think that the food here was great and amazing, with a beautiful view. However, service was a bit unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable. I would come back again for the set menu though.

I attended a supper club and Chef Patel, he & his crew treated us like royalty. We enjoyed the Beef & Beer evening. A collaboration with Small Beer Co. It was a great match (as you would expect). Chef Patel showed his flair & training with multiple mouthwatering dishes. The steak tartare was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Prime steak, finely diced, mingled with roast sunflower seed, a hint of kohlrabi, pickles and nasturtium leaf, set against a foil of sweet mustard on the side. Dishes were matched with different beers and beer cocktail the pairing knocked my socks off. The whole event ticked boxes I didn't know I had! I have to say sensational taste and value. Complex flavours delivered brilliantly.

I will start by the positive: there is a really nice view of the Thames and Tower Bridge. That being said, the service is so poor. I rarely complain about service, however I have never felt that neglected in a restaurant. We felt like we were causing trouble when ordering a drink. The waitress couldn't be bothered. She even left the restaurant before we were done, she didn't say anything. It's a real shame for such a great location. Food was ok, nothing special, just average. I will not be going back nor will I recommend this café.

Awful, the worst dining experience we've had in years. From the start were treated shoddily. Given a table facing a wall without a view which we had requested when booking. It transpires that a lot of the window tables are held for walk in diners - which is ludicrous. After complaining we were moved to a better table nearer the window but the waitress took the hump and was grumpy for the rest of the evening. It got worse from there, they ran out of gin and inexplicably potatoes! My husband was told the potatoes were finished and so was offered a side order of chard instead. My sole I was told came with no veg so I ordered a side salad, when I enquired what lady's beard was the waiter couldnt tell me so I suggested it might be samphire - he said not. However when my dish arrived it was accompanied by samphire and potatoes which made the very limp side salad obsolete. The dish was bland and full of bones - basically inedible. Bread for the table comprised of three tiny pieces of stale bread and the olives were chewy and inedible. Despite all this we were charged a 12% service charge and no one enquired why I had left my main practically untouched. Everything about this restaurant reeks of meanness from the measures of drinks to the food cooked without any love. The staff were rude and useless. The decor is tired. The whole place looks like its on its last legs. A very...

The views from blueprint cafe are amazing and I could see how people may enjoy a drink here. However, I found the food to be bland here. Mac and cheese had a weird bitterness to it whilst it would need a deeper stronger cheese to give it balance. Risotto (with king prawns) tasted very bland. Charred mackerel was good (besides one side not being fully cooked), however, the sauce it was in could have had more of a punch and the cucumber base could be cut into shorter lengths to allow for ease in eating. The sea breams taste was completely stolen by the not so fully cooked potato base. It is just the fact that the potatoes bland bittery watery taste just cancels the flavour from the bream. Finally, the vanilla rice pudding was quite nice - light, vanilla rich with a rhubarb sauce. The sorbet dessert, however, was good but ruined by the very very sugary almost jammy base which tasted like it had fermented into alcohol. The service times were quick because there were only like 5 tables being served. The waitress should be more domineering and should lead the customers right away to a table, rather than for us to guide her there. Ultimately, the cafe wants to charge the same as other high end restaurants whilst not living up to those expectations. Would I come here again? No. Did I like the view from...
