Bromley North — Attraction in London

It's a pretty pointless station that is closed more often than it is open and sits in between 2 stops that are easily accessible by bus. It's a case of wait 15 minutes for a train or take a 15 minute bus ride to either sundridge park or grove park. Doesn't seem justified. No little shops there or nearby, and due to no staff whenever I'm there and minimal openings to the platforms, it's not welcoming.
