Bite to Eat Cafe — Restaurant in London

Now i’m not one to complain i’m truly not and i don’t tend to bother leaving reviews if i didn’t enjoy it but for once i have to make this clear to spare others . I stepped foot in there to order a meal and waited ten minutes for someone to appear . I didn’t mind too much as i understand running a restaurant can be stressful. The person who took my order was snappish and rude but once again it can be stressful. My food arrived and it was alright not horrible but alright so i was pleased but as i go to dig in i notice that my table is unclean and sticky as i had my 4 month old baby with me i’m quite specific about germs and cleanliness so i asked to have it cleaned very politely and was met with hostility. I waited for about 5 minutes to have it cleaned and the person who cleaned it was none other than an exhausted looking young girl! I felt so bad for her and attempted to tip her a large amount to which she said she “wasn’t allowed to accept tips” as they would take it from her!! Suffice to say I will not be dining here again. All the previous reviews must be fake or you just don't go here on match days or have absolutely no palette! As my experience of this dive is a total contrast!

The food served was absolutely terrible, bacon eggs and sausage was off the lowest quality and badly cooked! only thing that was any good was the bread! And was unreasonably overpriced! £12 is not good value and not worth the food you get!

The place looks dirty, the tables wobble and the chairs have food stains all over them !

The service was rushed and rude and when my friend complained about the Very Undercooked Black pudding, it was returned with a sarcastic ' is that better for you' comment, like it was our fault THEY can't cook anything properly!

AVOID THIS PLACE! THERE WAS A REASON THEY HAD SPACE FOR US TO EAT WHILE EVERY OTHER CAFE IN TOTTENHAM IS RAMMED FULL..... IT'S RUBBISH

Ordered some food for take away, first time ordering from here and was recommended by my friend that the breakfast here was really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as I wasn't sure what to order and what I could get as take away. We got the pancakes nutella and toasty mediterranean. The food looked amazing and tasted great, would definitely recommend it. I also overheard another customer asking for their eggs to be changed to well done and the staff immediately redid their egg for them without a moments hesitation, thumbs up from me. The cafe was very comfortable and had a welcoming environment. I even noticed a corner with a doll house for children to keep themselves occupied if need be.
