Our new kitchen from Classic Kitchens is a piece of art, beautifully designed with all the small details thought of beforehand. We get many compliments from all guests who visit.

The whole process from initial design to install was thoroughly explained with many updates along the way. They were flexible when a couple of things needed to be changed and it was nice to know they could accommodate any requirements. Bespoke dimensions for the cabinets gave us the desired floor to ceiling look we wanted and the all important extra storage space.

There were a few on site design visits which gave me peace of mind that it would all go according to plan. Any issues in the design were ironed out well ahead of schedule. We were given many suggestions on layouts which all took into account how the end kitchen would actually be used. This really helped us to get to the most user friendly kitchen we have now.

The installer Loui was a pleasure to have around and he has done a great job with the install. A real keen eye for detail he made sure every component was spot on and I really liked the way he was happy to spend the time to explain to me the techniques he was using. It’s great to see somebody take such pride in their work and the end result definitely shows this.

To be honest everyone at Classic Kitchens was really nice and friendly and just made it feel like you were dealing with someone you had known for years. The experience with them was top notch.

Ali went over and beyond what he needed to when I found myself in a tricky situation with my building works. He was super relaxed with a clear goal of making his customers life as easy as possible and thus ensuring an end happy user. Ali was incredibly professional and made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been and I am grateful to him for that.

The appliances were sourced through Classic Kitchens as I wanted the convenience of going through one company. Ali being the honest guy he is on his own accord priced them below anywhere else I could find, I was very impressed with that.

The pricing is very fair for the product and service received. The finish on the cabinets is high end and we got literally the texture we wanted. There were plenty of standard colours to choose from, though I wanted a particular hue from a well known paint manufacturer which to my pleasant surprise was an option Classic Kitchens provided. The internals of the drawers are real oak which is a nice touch and definitely adds a premium feel. The white worktop completes the look, the installers were professional and also meticulous with the finishing touches.

We were introduced to Ali from Theo at the marble group. We arranged a meeting with Ali and he came over to our house. From the moment we met Ali we were sure we wanted to work with him. He took time out to understand what we were looking for in our kitchen and he listened to our every need. Our meetings from then onwards were like talking to family. He made everything so simple to understand as well as making valuable recommendations. He helped source our appliances with complete honesty on price and quality. With any renovation there are so many delays and issues but Ali accommodated the kitchen never causing any issues or delays himself. He worked with our builder in our absence and we had complete trust in him and his team. He delivered even during the pandemic ensuring all design and fitting was done safely. Any last minute changes were made promptly and hassle free. He honestly made this process so easy and brought back the excitement that was lost during a very stressful time. He reminded us why we started the project initially and our journey would not have been the same without him. The kitchen itself is a dream come true. The beauty says it all. But more importantly it's practical for our family. It has everything we need and is easy to manage and we love spending time cooking and eating as a family and that is all thanks to Ali and his team. Classic Kitchens came highly recommended to us by a couple of people. On first meeting with Ali my wife and I knew we had made the right choice. Ali is passionate, knowledgeable, personable and highly trustworthy. There was never a feeling of this being 'just another of job' to him. Ali designed, project managed and supplied/fitted our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and when issues arose (never due to Ali and team) they were solved promptly and without fuss. He was also highly visible throughout, often popping round to discuss matters rather than just sending an email or text like many of peers would do. I worked from home throughout the fitting process and saw first hand just how meticulous, skilled and hard-working these guys are. The units, worktops and fixtures/fittings are of the highest quality. Loui - who fitted our kitchen - was exceptional and a delight to have around - polite, neat, friendly and professional throughout. In short, if you are looking for a new kitchen I cannot recommend Classic Kitchens enough. A local family run company who provide their customers with a very high end service. The quality of workmanship, product supplied and people are of the highest calibre. Be prepared for one problem however...choosing the colour/style of the units and worktops!! the choices on offer...
