I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with this shop last night and I felt it is important to share. A customer placed an order through Uber and waited nearly 40 minutes at home without receiving the food where he lives 2 mins away from the store. He contacted the Uber driver & got informed the order was still not ready. To understand the situation, He personally visited the shop and discovered there was an argument between the driver and one of the store assistants due to the assistantās rude behavior. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, the staff deliberately refused to give the order to the driver and made him stand there until he canceled and left. This was cruel and completely unacceptable. The staff member named HASNAN had openly said he didnāt want to give the order and remarked, āLET HIM STAND, WEāLL SEE HOW LONG HE'LL BE THERE.ā Meanwhile, newer orders were being completed while that order was intentionally left aside to make the driver frustrated & leave. When the customer reached there & asked about his food, he realized the food was ready, but they simply chose not to pack it. The driver came to the customer & started explaining the earlier moments, Another assistant who has No Common sense for his so called customer service role he working for, started shouting at the driver, abusing him verbally, snatching his phone, threatening to call the police, and physically pushing him out of the shop in front of everyone. The driver had done nothing wrong apart from waiting patiently for more than 40 minutes. I personally witnessed all this situation in the shop, This ruthless behavior of the idiotic staff, with absolutely no sense of customer service, ruined familyās peaceful weekend of other customers in store. What should have been a simple order turned into humiliation and disappointment. I have always liked the food quality here and know the owner personally as a humble person, but because of this idiotic staff, the shop is losing loyal customers now. I sincerely hope the owner takes strict action, The store assistants has to understand, there's no difference between the Driver & them, they all working for their families, treating someone this way is really frustrating. I will definitely make a vlog on this incident & upload it on YouTube. You'll end up in a big problem if you find a person like me as an opponent. They literally behaved themselves as owners with cruelty made me to write this review, as incidents like this destroy customer trust and damage...

Basically Iāve ordered the tutti fruity sundae, Ferrero rocher shake, waffle ice cream, and bottle of water. (Waffle cone ice cream)
The girl took our order and i told her to confirm the order again.
First 2 order was correct. Last order was misunderstanding between waffle ice cream. (I actually wanted the waffle cone ice cream) Which i apologise that i have said it wrong.
And the other staff member came with some order which is not ours and my friends started eating. He asked me if Iāve order this I didnāt know because i was on the phone. Even if itās the wrong order will are still gonna pay for it.
When the staff member realised itās wrong order and asked that girl check with us again.
And we explained her thatās the order.
And She said YOUR ARE LAIR AND SHE WALKED AWAY. Come on Guys, Thatās the attitude you guys bring it to your work. Sheās could have said nicely, Might be a misunderstanding but she didnāt.
Then the owner got involved in it. And explained me about the order, he apologise to me and my colleagues behalf of her.
We left our order on the table and owner did not charge us anything too.
But honestly if anyone coming to work with this rude attitude then itās better fired these people straight away.
Iām the regular customer there I order almost every second day online or pick but now I decided not to go there anymore and not even gonna order online.
