While the golf is fun, it was oversubscribed leading to long waits at each hole. However the biggest disappointment was the customer service. Half way through the course we had to use a strange pulley mechanism to get across the water. While on it, it jerked and my fellow player stumbled and fell into the water. Thankfully he wasnât badly hurt, although there were jagged rocks around and if he fallen another way he could have been. The next family also struggled with the water crossing and when it jerked again they decided to walk around it. At the end of the course I mentioned that the staff might want to close the crossing down or repair it before someone got hurt. I was met by a totally blank stare. I repeated myself and the girl just mumbled âokâ. No âsorryâ or anything, just a vacant âokâ. I was left confused and annoyed. My fellow player had soaking wet feet and our afternoon out had to be cut short as a result. The staff took no interest in either our well-being or seemed particularly interested in preventing anyone else getting hurt. While the course was fun, this interaction really spoiled the...

We hosted our son's birthday here. It is run very poorly with management who have zero business experience and super rude, to all the guests. They didn't get basic math and calculate capacity at the golf course, I asked them at the start, given they happily took our cash for 25 kids, if they would restrict the course to others for that ONE HOUR. They laughed and said no we don't have a "max capacity" and then half an hour later (and about 5 times after that) kept coming up to me while I'm hosting this party, and were whining and moaning to me about how the kids are running freely. They're 6 year old boys - what did you guys expect? Absolutely zero common sense, disrespect - and the best bit is, they asked us to LEAVE! These are very well behaved school kids, with professional parents, and they asked us to leave!
Shocking and be rest assured you guys are going to be BLACKLISTED BY EVERY PRIVATE SCHOOL PARENT IN ALL OF BLACKHEATH
To the owners: change your staff - ASAP. They are the very definition...
Read moreWent today with my 3 children, the crazy golf is on a hill, there was a slight wind that blew our balls all over the place, on the 14th hole I placed my ball and before I even touched it the wind blew it down through the pipe and into the hole! Other holes where you were hitting uphill were frustrating as the wind just blew the ball back to the bottom, on trying 15 times we skipped one of the holes altogether. There are no sides as such round the edge of each hole so you are continuously retrieving your ball from the water or somewhere else on the course. I wouldn't recommend for very young mobile children as there are parts with water both sides, albeit shallow but there are no railings so it would be easy for them to fall in. There were exposed pumps/wires in parts of the water areas, looked untidy and dangerous. Personally we won't be returning, having been to numerous crazy golf sites I would rate this the worst...
