Some time ago I purchased tickets to see a band at the South Facing Festival. I made various efforts to find out the exact timing of bands once I realized it was a festival and I may need to enter some time to my favourite band performing.

I received NO replies and no information to such a simple question as the timing of various performances.

Then a couple of days ago I get an email from the event regarding my "VIP tickets". The email states "you must enter the site by 15:00. If you arrive after this time, you will be charged a late entry fee equal to the difference of price between the early entry ticket and a general admission ticket."

So I try again to get information about the event timing and I then discover that the band whose tickets I purchased are not performing until 8:40.

The event organisers are insisting that I enter the event 5 hours before the band will play. This was NEVER made clear when the tickets were purchased.

I am strongly considering dumping the tickets and doing something else because of this terrible...

In summer there is a pop up cafe here and the stage is made into a seating area. The purpose built small lake in front was devoid of any wildlife /plants and looked pretty grim but my dog decided he loved it and jumped in for a swim.Unfortunately at this point a couple of security officers came over and very rudely and loudly chastised us because the dog was in the water,They said the dog was disturbing the non existent ducks at the empty lake. One begs to ask, what does happen to the wildlife they claim is there when there is a concert and they pull a stage over the lake.I would have thought that was way more disrupting, not to mention hypocritical. There are plenty of other lakes and ponds there that did have ducks and I would not have allowed my dog to swim there for that reason.Very disappointing to have a nice...

Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic performances from Happy Mondays & James. However. I purchased VIP tickets and it was definitely not a VIP experience! The waiting time for entry was long, it would have been quicker to enter with everyone else. Once inside the VIP area consisted of 1 bar and 1 food van tucked away at the furthest point from the stage. The toilets were slightly above average. We purchased a drink and went to the main area which had loads of food vans and bars of good quality but there was no VIP area near the stage. I paid an extra £50 quid for very little. Next time i buy tickets for this venue I will not get the VIP and will award 5*. I did thoroughly enjoy myself, I just didn’t think VIP...

I attended a concert here and the atmosphere was good. Although, i found the event organisation to be wanting! There were no ushers showing you where to park (as the event parking itself was closed). Then there were no signs indicating the location of the event (in areas around the venue) to make it easier for non-native visitors to locate the venue quickly and easily. I ended up walking quite a bit until i found the entrance. But once inside the venue, things were better organised. There were lots of food stands, bars and staff on hand to help. Jovial, festive atmosphere! Not too big so can get quite close to the bands.

I want to UnrulyFest24, I had an amazing time watching Popcorn performing, and Spice opening performance was lovely. The venue was really clean. There were lots of food stalls available with different varieties of food to choose from under price was inexpensive and the bar had a variety of drinks to choose from as well the Venue had good the Venue had good control with securities all in the right places a toilets were really clean and everyone in the crowd was very polite to each other. I had VIP tickets, and my experience was amazing. The area was well presented, and It met all my expectations.

Striking purpose-built 1997 venue replaced previous "Garden Party" concert bowl. This weathering 'Corten A' steel construct seemingly floating on water, blending delicately in/on the landscape, neglected and rotting away on a choked pond with a non-functioning water feature. Inexplicable. Perhaps now inevitably joining the compendium of numerous vanished Crystal Palace attractions - a park defined by the absent. The future a crystal ball prediction.
