Domino's Pizza - London - Lambeth — Attraction in London

I always order from here and have for years and normally everything is good. I ordered food and accidental put the wrong door number which was my own fault so I called an hour later when I noticed and was told they have delivered it already put can place me another order which will take another 45minutes (I’ve ordered the first one at 6:30) its now going on 8:30 and I’m still waiting on my food so I call back and I said it’s me who called about food been delivered to the wrong door number and they said yes the driver is on it’s way so I said that’s fine and It’s now 9:30 and he’s still not here so I call up and she said they wasn’t able to deliver because they already delivered to another flat and this was the same girl I had been talking to and she was just lying and I’m waiting for food I was never going to get so I had to explain again to her for the 4th time and said I want my food I paid for it I have the receipt and I have previous orders with my door number if they needed proof so she said ok we can put in another order and I said are you sure because I’m going to call back in 45 mins to check in ( the girl on the phone was very blunt and didn’t care thT I didn’t have my food ) so she said yes it will be with u by then I said ok that fine it’s now 11 and the food is not here so now I’m forced to leave my house because these people wanna be lying that I will get my food its ridiculous and the manger just kept saying it was my fault they can’t do anything about it because they delivered it to another flat when I went to the flat they didn’t even get it and I was explaining to how the person I was speaking to kept lying that my food was on the way and that she put it another order when in fact she didn’t the People that work at tht place are unprofessional and don’t care one bit and I’m never ordering...

Don't normally do bad reviews unless I'm completely rattled by it.

When my order arrived, I instantly saw that there was a box of wings missing, when I informed the driver of this, he responded with 'ahhh box 3 is missing because we only have boxes 1,2 and 4'. In my opinion, drivers should be checking that they have all numbered boxes before leaving the shop, no? Its not rocket!! He said 'no problem, I will be back in 20minutes with the wings'

When paying for for my £23.35 bill, he told me it was £24.00 and when I gave him £25.00 in notes, he asked me 'is this a tip, do you want change?' Knowing that he just messed up my order, he still had the audacity to ask for a tip, maybe I would have given it to him anyway but it was the fact he asked for it!

When tucking into my meal, I noticed that my 'chicken strippers' were cold and extremely hard to bite into. I had to stick them in the microwave.

40 minutes had passed without any sign of my wings, so I called the shop. I was informed that the shop had no idea that my wings were missing which means that the driver totally screwed me over! I expressed my disappointment with how rude and incompetent the driver was and the person on the phone didn't seem much interested. He just responded with a big 'Huff' on the phone and said I will get a free pizza on my next order and hung up on me. The wings eventually arrived 90 minutes after the initial delivery.

I find it absolutely unbelievable that Dominoes as a highly established brand, they would let any sort of monkeys buy into their franchise. These people obviously know nothing about standard etiquette and...

Usually Dominos is my favourite pizza place to order from. Despite being a full 10-15 minute walk from me, I waited about 2 hours for my pizza, which came cold. I phoned after an hour and the person I spoke to told me the driver was just about to arrive. 30 minutes later I called again, this time being told he will arrive within 15 minutes...rather than getting an apology I was told they're busy and that they're cancelling orders but mine hasn't been cancelled, as if I should be thankful. When I asked why I was lied to previously and why I didn't get the courtesy of being told that my pizza would be late I got the most half-assed apology one could imagine. After another 30 minutes my order finally arrived. After reading these reviews I can imagine that them being very busy was also a lie.
