My interest is the rowing area next to the gardens. Happy to say I've got my daughter involved there but I put my feet up in the park while waiting . The riverside path towards Hammersmith always a pleasure but the whole area feels a lot posher than it used to.. either that or I'm going downhill . But it's a lovely place for a stroll and a good spot to kid yourself that you aren't really in London

Place is near the river bank. However, there's a big puddle due to intermitent raining. Come Spring, it may dry up and would be covered by green grass.

Peaceful little park. My mum used to take her grandkids there. My sisters and brothers have a memorial bench for her in the park under a tree looking at the tennis courts. We visit once a year together 6 of us and sit on the bench. Look out for Lillian Ada Mowle 1932 - 2017. She used to say "don't worry be happy" which is...

Small yet compact and cosy doesn't get overcrowded like your average park. We usually take my baby there as it is local and easy to access what we need to keep her happy and entertained for an 1 or so. Also has a small family run coffee on site which is so nice with fresh food and drinks/snacks making it an...
