London Grillz — Attraction in London

Very unprofessional and incompetent. They sent me a completely different design/set the first time that didn’t even fit my teeth (they suggested adhesive but you shouldn’t need adhesive for well made grills!). They then offered to “gift” me the mistaken set and remake the grills I actually ordered. I accepted. They then “remade” the “actual set” and it was still very much wrong and nothing like the design I ordered. They then claimed that it’s handmade and there will be differences. But what I got looks NOTHING like what I received either time. Then after 6 weeks and £150, the only resolution they offer is for me to return the grill I was “gifted” as a “gesture of goodwill” and the second grills that also don’t fit and already have been in my mouth. No actual offer to make what I’ve eagerly been waiting a month and a half for, for my holiday. The tone and cadence in the messages was rather rude and dismissive of my points and frustrations. They also ignore all your calls when you try to speak to someone in real time. I’d recommend going elsewhere. What I got VS what I ordered for reference.

Very funny that you have absolutely no rebuttal for the fact that you still didn’t make the set I asked for when you “corrected” your mistake (pictures don’t lie) and you completely failed to explain the fact that you have blatantly and purposely ignored my calls and dismissed all my concerns and frustrations over message because you refuse to be accountable for your lack of ability to fulfil an order by following instructions - not once, but twice.

I’m not a fan of confrontation or tearing a business down but I did warn you if you didn’t give me a fair resolution, I would do my due diligence and warn other customers of your incompetence and poor customer care. You had ample opportunity to use this as a lesson of professionalism and accountability but you chose to be ignorant.

Also, returning products that would never be able to be resold and is quite literally unhygienic makes no sense at all. I don’t want to keep the grills because I’m greedy or because I even like them, it’s out of pure principle and annoyance. I work in the legal field and under the Consumers Rights Act 2015 you are liable to give me my product AS DESCRIBED or return my money. After 6 weeks and £150 spent, this is just poor and as a business you should do better as this leaves a bitter taste in anyone’s mouth. Why would I get 2 things I didn’t ask for, after having waited 6 weeks eagerly, and then only get my money back on the condition that I’ve had to go through the nuisance of packing, posting and waiting for a refund? When I did nothing wrong? When this was your mistakes?

You simply need to do better; this is unacceptable.

ÉDIT: They reached back and did me some new sets and covered the extra changes like real gold, new design, keeping my mood for next time… I’m very pleased, they’re very professional and nice but I still believe the online option is a bit hazardious so can’t go with the full 5 stars. Hope this business continues well!

I ordered two sets online and did the mold at home and had to go back with both Grillz because they were so loose, I was met by nice professionals and they tightened it for me. (But mistake, I didn’t try with my mouth close) I also asked for a change of colour as I didn’t love one of them and got it sent back to mine… it’s now loose again. The first one is so uncomfortable to wear with my mouth close and the 2nd just doesn’t fit again! I’m very disappointed that I had to actually go to the shop when it should have been a “from home” experience and that now I’ll have to ask a friend to help me repair them or just throw them away It’s the second time I’m using them and the first time the experience in shop was actually so much better and I could wear it all day long without an issue. So I would avoid using their at home kit and go straight up there in my opinion or try something else...

Cannot rate London Grillz highly enough. Outstanding quality and service. For reference I ordered online and did the moulds at home.

Moulds arrived within a couple of days of ordering and were very simple to use/create. The fact you get two sets of moulds is reassuring if doing this for the first time.

After an email from London Grillz confirming they’d received the moulds back from me I received the grill (single dental gold tooth cap) 10 days later (exactly the amount of time stated on the website).

The grill/cap arrives safely packaged, with solid, secure case to keep it in, a polishing cloth and some dental fixing agent in case one needs it.

My grill/cap not only fits perfectly without the need for any fixing agent but is clearly made to a very high quality with fantastic attention to detail.
