M&S Food To Go — Attraction in London

Horrible experience this morning I had... Queuing as I should to the one only staffed till, as it’s getting busy cashier is calling his colleague to assist another till. Lady comes behind the behind and says next! I’m approaching the far end till while she’s preparing some food for the short while, I’m waiting patiently without asking if she will serve me. Then suddenly she is at the middle till and does not want to hear my explanation that I have been queuing with everyone and by the time is serving someone else! It’s a usual story actually. People either jump the queue or get knocked out like me. The stuff does not control the customers and it’s sometimes creating arguments between the clients who should be served next.
