Where do I begin. So first, a bit about the store itself which is located in the heart of London's tourist central, a minute walk from the public underground (tube) station and nearby buses, rickshaws and taxi ranks, easy to reach and surrounded by awesome shops, entertainment, movie cinemas, restaurants and various great iconic historic places to visit. So, as I enter, it was noticable how very clean the store entrance was which is always a plus for me. The music was upbeat, modern and nice to bounce along to which makes this fantastic place of grown up joy & wonder fun to visit for all age groups. I was greeted by staff member Amor whom enthusiastically instructed me on H&S protocol to wear a mask and sanitize my hands. Great start! Initially I had no intention on visiting but decided to go in anyway and enjoy my day out. Whilst inside and looking around like a lost squirrel in nut heaven, I picked up a couple of quirky items since the prices were absolutely in line with my mindful spending habits hahaha. At the checkout I was met by very friendly staff whom gave me a great fuzzy feeling on my purchases but then to top it off store Manager Emma really put the cherry on top with excellent customer Care and such hospitable interaction when asking about other items and price comparrison which made me want to have another look around again feeling really good about my purchases made. Then I bumped into Amor again with his long wavy hair as he reminded me to scan the barcode after my purchase for additional discount savings. Yes please! This then prompted me to go on a bit of a self treat spend which I absolutely deserve and enjoyed completely guilt free hahaha. Staff were so friendly and accommodating to show me even further discounts of the day which was even better for my purse strings than expected. It wasn't at all about sales but rather about cost effective investing Haha. It was an absolutely delicious experience for me and I can proudly say to any other grown up, parent or like myself an adult kid; if you want to feel great about treating yourself to something sweet and fun without breaking the bank, this is definitely the place to go with or without kids but for me it was a must to do so without hahaha yes because I deserve it. Thank you Emma, you're fabtabulous and made my experience one to remember. Amor, that's some great hair you have man, don't cut it, but keep it neat and thanks for following me around like a private bodyguard for the friendly tour and making my day fun. Keep up the good work! Overall I had a really good and fun day at this M&M store and walked away with bargains, discounts and feeling well looked...

Quick fact: there were no trash cans when I last visited

As a self-proclaimed chocoholic, I was eager to visit the M&M's World store in the bustling heart of London's Leicester Square, and I was not disappointed. This vibrant, larger-than-life emporium is a veritable temple of all things M&M's, offering an immersive, candy-fueled experience that is sure to delight sweet-toothed visitors of all ages.

From the moment you step through the doors, you're surrounded by a kaleidoscope of color, with M&M's characters and branding adorning every inch of the store. The sheer scale of the space is impressive, with multiple floors dedicated to the iconic candy-coated chocolates.

One of the standout features of M&M's World is the sheer variety of products on offer. Whether you're looking to stock up on your favorite flavors, discover new and limited-edition varieties, or browse the impressive selection of M&M's-themed merchandise, this store has it all. From classic milk chocolate to peanut, pretzel, and even coffee-flavored M&M's, the options are endless.

The store also features several interactive and experiential elements that truly make it a destination for fans. The "Wall of Chocolate" allows you to pick and mix your own custom blend of M&M's, while the "Personalization Station" lets you create personalized M&M's with your own text or images.

Perhaps the most impressive aspect of M&M's World, however, is the impressive 4D cinema experience. Visitors can take a seat and enjoy a captivating short film that immerses them in the vibrant, high-energy world of M&M's, complete with special effects that bring the experience to life.

The staff at M&M's World are equally delightful, with their infectious enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the brand. Whether you're seeking recommendations, looking for gifting inspiration, or simply want to chat about your favorite M&M's, the team is always happy to assist.

Overall, M&M's World Leicester Square is a candy-coated wonderland that is sure to delight both die-hard M&M's fans and casual chocolate lovers alike. With its unparalleled selection, interactive experiences, and undeniable charm, this store is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the sights and sounds of London's iconic...

Nestled in the bustling heart of Leicester Square, M&M'S London isn't just a shop; it’s a full-blown, multi-story celebration of the iconic chocolate candy. Stepping through its doors is like entering a vibrant, sugar-fueled wonderland, designed to dazzle your senses and transport you into a world of pure, unadulterated fun.

The first thing you notice is the sheer scale and color. The store is a kaleidoscope of red, yellow, and every hue in between. Four floors are packed with M&M's-themed displays, from a recreated London bus with M&M's characters at the wheel to a massive wall of chocolate tubes that stretches to the ceiling. Each floor has a different theme and plenty of interactive elements and photo opportunities. It's an immersive experience that encourages you to take your time, explore every corner, and snap countless photos. The lively atmosphere is contagious, filled with a mix of excited tourists and locals.

The main attraction, and the heart of the experience, is the world's largest wall of M&M's. Here, you'll find every color and flavor imaginable, including varieties you've likely never seen before. Scooping your own custom mix into a bag is an absolute highlight, letting you build a personalized candy collection that’s both a treat and a souvenir. While the price per weight is definitely on the high side, the novelty of picking out obscure shades and flavors makes it a worthwhile splurge for many visitors.

Beyond the chocolate, the store is also a massive emporium of M&M's-branded merchandise. From T-shirts and mugs to plush toys and home decor, you can find a piece of M&M's for every taste. The sheer variety can be overwhelming, but it’s a perfect place to find a unique gift for a chocolate lover. While the store can get incredibly busy, especially on weekends, the staff do an excellent job of managing the crowds and keeping the checkout lines moving efficiently.

Overall, a visit to M&M'S London is more of an attraction than a simple shopping trip. It's loud, it's crowded, and it's expensive, but it's also incredibly fun and memorable. It’s the perfect spot to bring kids or anyone with a sweet tooth who wants to escape into a world of bright colors and...
