Millennium Conference Centre — Attraction in London

If I could give this hotel a negative star, I would. I stayed here for 5 nights and failed to read the reviews in depth. There is likely a scheme taking place as we found out we were not the only ones who experienced theft. If you are thinking about booking here, don’t.

More details: someone entered our room and stole my boyfriend’s passport, two credit cards and a small purse (added value of $1k including the money stolen from the credit cards). We reported this immediately to the hotel manager and to the police. Although the hotel staff has cooperated and moved us to another room, nothing has been done to compensate us for this security breach, the exposure of our identity, the time to get an expedited passport, the loss of vacation time, and the emotional toll.
