My wife and I visited the Nike store in Wembley on Sunday 22nd November We were after some trainers that would help with her plantar fascitis, we asked a young lady who was very helpful, unfortunately we didn't get her name, she told us that we had to look for a pair called zoom structure 25, which were down stairs, she radio down to someone, as we were walking down the stairs we were pleasantly greeted by a young man by the name of James Senior, James was really helpful and showed us the ones that were in stock, unfortunately they did not have my wife's size. At this point James was help others as the store was very busy, we decided to look around to see if there was anything else that may fit and was comfy, we picked a pair up and went to pay, however as we were on our way to pay for these trainer's, we bumped into James again and he told us that the trainers we had picked would not fit our purpose, he explained in great detail the difference between the trainers, he was very knowledgeable and passionate when doing so, he then tried to order the correct ones for us , but unfortunately they were discontinued, he apologised, so we did not end up buying anything this time around. But if it wasn't for James, with his passion and knowledge about the trainer's, I truly believe that my wife would have experienced more pain to her feet. James Senior is a great asset to your company and as a manager myself at Madame Tussauds, I would hire him at a blink of...

Today was an extremely stressful day. As I was dealt a very very bad manager.
I came into the store to buy clothing I was there for about 25m picking all clothing and doing a shop. I finished up with a track suit and trainers. As I went to the checkout the manager came up and said he’s not selling me the item. I said why he said because you’re picking two different sizes. I said to him my arms are longer so I get the longer jacket. He still refused to sell it. I asked him for Nike policy he said we have 0 policy on this and still declined to sell me the item.
This hands down must of been one of my most embarrassing moments especially as a disabled person. He showed no reasoning no compassion. He wasn’t dressed as management and he didnt look clean in his appearance.
I am very very upset that this got done to me and I feel nobody should go to Nike when you have people like this running it. I don’t know if he’s a racist but he gave off very very unwelcoming vibes. Not sure why he’s he manager
Anyway Wednesdays I guess don’t go to Nike if you don’t have to because staff are nice but this manager will stop You buying items with...
Read moreI want to take a moment to share my experience from today when I visited the store to exchange some goods. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member , and I can't express enough how helpful he was throughout the process. From the moment I approached him with my simple question, he responded promptly and without hesitation.
What really stood out was his commitment to customer service—despite the store being quite busy and all the checkouts filled with other customers, they didn't let that hinder his willingness to help. He took the initiative to go to another checkout line just to assist me more quickly, which I truly appreciated. His attitude was genuinely positive and encouraging, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
It left a lasting impression on me, and I hope that other staff members in the store exhibit the same level of dedication and support. Thank you, Ace! Experiences like this reinforce my love for Nike and the quality of service...
