Range Reformer Pilates — Attraction in London

Range Reformer Studio is the first ever place where I was able to try out the reformer. I had my introduction to the reformer by an amazing and talented instructor. After my new joiner bundle of classes were finished. I immediately bought a monthly membership where I was able to go to any class at any day and any time of the day that was my suitable to me. I loved going in for every class and I have seen major benefits both physically and mentally. I feel stronger 6 months in. When I first started out, it was very important to me that I find a studio with lower amount of reformer beds so that the instructor would be able to see her clients and correct their form. I have gone here a few times through ClassPass. Small class (around 7/8 reformers if I remember correctly?) and nice calm atmosphere rather than a club vibe like some other studios. I prefer the more relaxed atmosphere, but if you're looking for the neon lights probably look for another place. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and because the class is so small you have a lot of contact with them. The place itself is really clean and in a lovely space, parking is a bit tricky if you're in a car so coming here via public transport is better. I did not feel comfortable.

I attended the mixed-levels class this evening, run by Amanda at 5:55 p.m.

Not only was I filmed without my consent, but when I asked about it, I was told that I had not been filmed.

The hands-on corrections also made me feel uncomfortable, particularly as Amanda came across as quite condescending at times.

Overall, the class wasn’t bad, but it’s hard to feel at ease after having such an experience.
