Right, where do I start. For anybody in a rush here's the short version first:

I have been using his services for a long while now and this is my review from the start to today. He rushes customers along so he can get more people in regardless whether or not that will result in a worse haircut, does not pay attention to detail and frequently messes up/tries to cover up/modify bad haircuts. He really struggles with consistency, symmetrical alignment and requests, most of the times when I get home I have to redo my sideburns myself because they are not aligned.

Now the long version: I do not wanna disclose my name but if Breno reads this he will know exactly who is leaving this review.

Initially for the first 2 and half years I did my hair with him I had depression so I did not really care about what my hair looked like, I just needed a functional hairstyle that got me to work and I looked presentable, so a really simple haircut with the bangs to the side and number 3 on the side and back.

This was great for Breno because that way it is much harder to see how incompetent he is at cutting bangs properly and consistently. For the price at the time this was okay value, now for the £15 he is charging? No way.

Here comes the really interesting part though, I asked for a fade cut and it was alright the first time he did it because he did not have a slot booked after me he could take his time and actually do a passable job, I was fine with this, the second time I came in for a fade I asked him to cut my bangs about 0.5mm and then I asked them to be cut another 0.5mm because they still looked long, what I ended up getting is my bangs which were longer on one side, were now completely even and I looked like I had a fade bowlcut, amazing.

Okay, whatever, everyone makes mistakes. I did not say much until I next came in where I teased him about it because I was actually mad when I got home and realised how bad it looked after a shower. We joked about it a bit and he deflected any mistakes he may have made, whatever, I ignored it, I literally just wanted my cut and to go home after a tiresome day. I explain the cut and he starts.

Now here is where the real issues begin, I noted to him that I now have my bangs/hair down rather than to the side (even though last time I told him as well and he disregarded it) and that I want the hair on my sides to be even now but to not cut the hair on the shorter side, as it is already quite short, makes sense right? What do you think he does? He rushes and cuts the longer hair too short, so he starts cutting short hair now to make them even, I stop him mid cut, to just ask him why he is cutting that and he immediately starts becoming agitated and deflecting with the classic "don't tell me how to do my job" when I was just asking why he was cutting that side shorter. (and not by a tiny bit mind you, I could see globs of hair flying off my head) Then I just cup my face and tell him to just finish the haircut. This is where he flips out and mid cut tells me he's done and that he won't be cutting my hair anymore, not even being able to muster a proper apology.

I have supported his below average service throughout my years of mental health issues and this is how a loyal customer gets repaid, by getting booted with an unfinished haircut right before the holidays. Bravo sir, a truly amazing service when it counts.

As I'm local to this Salon, I thought I'd give it a try after reading good reviews on the website. How I was wrong! First of all Bruno was so impolite and was not very welcoming. Anyway he asked what I wanted done, we had a little chat as to what should be done, we agreed on front layers. Hair cut was done in 10mins However I wasn't happy with the layers. Layers was cut with middle parting when my hair falls on the side naturally. Layers weren't falling in a slanted shape as they usually would. Explaintion was given that I am not having blow drying done so he can't really do a final check to determine if there is anything wrong with layers?He convinced me to get blow-dry done, I agreed and payed the extra. Asked him to style my hair on side he said no not yet I haven't made the final cut. Strangely after blow dry he said cut is fine he wouldn't adjust layer in side parting because I didn't tell him to do side parting layers. He said if I want side parting I would have to pay more. BRENO literally saved my hair !!! I went to this Salon with my hair completely destroyed by another hair dresser days before , he had bleeched and turned my hair as an elastic!!! Totally dead , and also destroyed by an attempt to make a hair cut that was completely stort and senseless !!! I was feeling worrible and honestly I tough that I was gonna have to shave it all off !!! Then luckly I found BRENO and this Salon, and he operated what I call A MAGIC in my hair !!!Really a fantastic and professional work , Breno managed to rescue the colour and also build a perfect hair cut just as I wanted, saving the hair and all in a couple of hours ,very efficient !!!
