Located within Wood Green shopping centre there is a variety of stores such as:
Primark Wilkinson Cineworld Burger King Subway Boots Clare's Shoezone The Perfume shop Card factory Jadore cakes TkMaxx public toilets
There are also a few stalls in the middle of the mall like a kiosk which sell different things. The mall has lots of clothing stores for all ages and is affordable.
A new food court on the first floor which has plenty of seating, lighting and close to the toilets. Very easy to find as it's right beside Burger King Cineworld, Subway and the Global buffet. Upon speaking to some of the staff there they have been opened since two months ago so they are still fairly new. We ordered from two different vendors and got:
Meal deal from Bowl Fried rice with sweet and sour chicken and stir fried chicken. To be honest, the bowl lacked flavour and I would not recommend. The presentation is nice but the portion was not filled to the top. For £8.50 I would go elsewhere. The food was saucy but bland not the typical Asian flavours you would get when your order from the Chinese take away.
Samosa Chaat from Apna Adda This light snack was sweet, spicy and tangy all in one. The portion is not bad considering the cheap price. All of the menu is very affordable. The presentation was nice and the staff were very friendly. There was abut of a wait but that just means the food was made to order and not lying out there. For the price of £5.99 this was the highlight here. Will definitely be back as I want to try the Pani Puri or Golgoppa which is the other name given to it.
On the left hand-side of all these food stores are the toilets and right next to them is a the guest lounge service. You can apply for a card which gives you some discount across the whole mall. I previously emailed stating I had lost my card and they kindly sent me another HOWEVER they didn't pay the correct postage price and I was charged by Royal mail. I have emailed the guest service lounge last year and still have not heard back from them. This is quite...

Read moreThere are a good selection of shops and dining places, and a cinema and bathroom, but the security staff are not competent. Today, 26/2/18 at about 3.30pm, we witnessed a physical fight between two women. I am not sure who was to blame, all I do know is the security guys (tall, possibly Arab) who came from the direction of donut cafe literally walked past the one of the two women who was clearly trying to leave the place to escape having to justify the assault despite other mall visitors actually telling them that that was the women who had been involved and done a terrible number on the other woman. It was assault on both sides, the lady who didn't try to escape was just worse off at the end- her cheeks were badly scratched and bleeding. I don't know who started it but the security guards were afraid of the one that got away. She was aggressive to be fair, but right over might, right? They need to be replaced with people who know how to manage situations like those with justice and courage. They were tall but meek. I do hope at least they called the police and shared cctv footage with them, because it was a sad day. People should...
