With zero shade and little seating/bins to be found, the area feels a lot below what it should be. The Mandrill Mayhem roller coaster has a slow-moving queue so you need to book a timeslot for it (a mobile phone with internet is mandatory for booking it with no alternative). The roller coaster itself is shaky & a little uncomfortable. Dragons Fury & Vampire are better, smoother and more complete roller coaster experiences in my opinion. An area with potential, there's plenty of room for improvement but unfortunately flawed in what it currently is.

Anyone who wants to ride mandarin mayhem has to do it on a virtual queue system that you do through their website. Love in the new rides and the roller coaster. The only downside is they could have done more hide all the wires and piping around it as it don't look nice at all and if was not on show it would make it lot nicer

Nice place.. and lots of fun to do.. But too many people and to much time to take to get the ride.. long queue. It would be better if u get a boozer no. When it's your turn and go to the other fun ride . So u not wasting your time to queue in just one ride..

This ride is the best for thrill seeking people, the only problem is that you have to scan a QR code, pre-order a ticket 15-20 minutes before the ride. The User Interface (UI) is not friendly, a few of my home education friends were going to skip the ride as it feels like you have to pay for the ride. You don't, you just have to select 'Virtual Queue', you also can only enter the number of guests once, as it does not allow you to change this after making your first booking. You also need to register with your email and create a password (which it does not tell you intuitively). I went in the morning with only 2 people, we were later joined by 5 people extra, it would not allow me change for the additional people. The maximum you allowed to reserve the ride for...

Positives, the new ride in the world of Jumanji was epic as was the virtual queuing system. That's it for positive comments. Negatives, the whole day was totally spoilt by the absolute greed of Chessington World of adventures to extort whatever money they can out of every person that passes through the gates. From selling the fast passes to queue jump to £2.50 for a small bottle of water. Too many people let into the park leads to 2hr. queues for rides.. 5 rides per day is not good value. The final straw was the £8 to leave the site, appalling. So, in summary, unless you can afford fast passes avoid this place at all costs. We will never return, our granddaughters birthday was spent...

Really great ride, the virtual queue system worked really well and we only had to physically queue in the relatively short queue area for 15-20mins. You need to register, so its work setting up an account the day before you go and then try joining the virtual queue after 9:45am. We went on the ride twice, it was a really smooth ride and includes lots of different sections for a relatively short ride time so well worth going on. The first time we sat at the back where you get the most out of the initial reverse drop. The second time at the front where you get can really feel the acceleration sections of the coaster. Will definitely be...
