I ordered a chicken pizza on the tablet provided, when you order an item it gives you an option to put in any preferences, I asked for no onion on my pizza, paid and waited. A few minutes later a staff member came and stated that because the pizzas are frozen they couldn't take off the onions. No worries, I'll have the margarita pizza and can I add chicken? Nope, so what was the point of having a button to change stuff if they can't change anything. Then when I asked about getting the money difference the waitress seemed to have no idea that the pizzas were priced differently and it took her going to three different members of staff to figure out how to do it. All the staff were nonchalant and none seemed to have any customer service skills (the waitress was polite but there is an obvious lack of training for all the staff). Then they forgot the fries for the order and I had to show proof that I ordered them because somehow they weren't showing on their system. Overall I would not recommend as it put the whole day down. They really need to get the staff trained in customer service and the system they used as the whole thing was completely unorganized and none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Multiple attempts to obtain clean cutlery were necessary due to the presence of dirt. A request for a rack of ribs resulted in the provision of only half the portion, and a request for sweet potato fries was met with the provision of regular fries. The staff member appeared to hold me responsible for these errors. The ribs exhibited a pink color, resembling gammon rather than properly cooked pork. A chicken meal was also ordered, and the chicken was likewise pink in color. The salt provided was found to be clumped together within the sachet, suggesting previous exposure to moisture. Observations of other patrons revealed expressions of disappointment while dining, and a significant amount of food was left uneaten on various tables. It is evident that numerous individuals were dissatisfied with their dining experience today.

Read moreThe queuing system to get your food was a free for all. People cutting in and staff had no organisation. I was served by about 4 different people who asked me the same questions as it was a shambles. I did ask to change one of the meats which the staff did so they got 2 stars for that. We ordered the sharing platter and the food we got was a lot, it was £40 and the amount was plenty and would have been well worth it - if you could eat it! Most of the food was inedible! I couldn't even get the meat of the ribs it was so tough, but when I managed to finally get a bit off by using a knife and fork it was so chewy! The brisket was also chewy, the pulled pork had spots of bright pink bits in it still and the corn wasn't good either (how can you not make corn?!) the only good bit were the chips. All in all we spent £90 and got some chips! If I could leave no stars I would. Most disappointing meal...
