COLD CHEESBURGER AFTER 15min WAITING!!! Let start from beginning - place is nice, large and clean , poor variety of food - only 4 options…..£13.40 for small cheeseburger with bacon, fries and coke is little bit too much for me but with discount from Merlin it’s £10.80 so I have decided to try and that was mistake….there were only few people in front of me but I have been waiting around 15min (in burger kings or McDonald’s would have it much quicker but I thought that’s vampire burger so it may be better quality of food - sadly not, it’s very similar to those fast foods) Finally I got my order in paper bag when I have chosen “eat in” but this doesn’t matter for me, the worst is that my CHEESEBURGER WAS COLD and bacon was dried looked like old one….I was so hungry and was in hurry to be on time for Elmers show with my little boy so I just ate it but it’s really shame to let people wait that long and then serve cold food , lady at counter was very friendly and nice that’s why I left 2 stars...

What an absolute joke! On entry we were told by the electronic board that the waiting time was 70mins. Not great, but ok. We entered the queue at 12:01 and got onto the ride at 14:04! Insane. Over 2hrs. Nearly a quarter of the amount of time it'd take to fly to Florida for some great rides.

The entrance to the ride was boring and showed no imagination until you were about to get on.

Near to the front of the queue, a gate was closed and it seemed like it took forever for them to open it for some reason. What made it worse was that each time the ride went by, we could see empty seats. Why don't they have a single riders line to use up the extra space and get the line down quicker?

If I had just walked on the ride with no queue, it'd be about average. Felt incredibly short. Mind you, after that wait, it was bound to be.

The only redeeming feature was the little shop they had part way into the queue. Great idea.

Isn't this supposed to be the best ride...
