St Peter Mancroft is a parish church in the Church of England, in the centre of Norwich, Norfolk. After the two cathedrals, it is the largest church in Norwich. It was originally established by the then Earl of East Anglia, Ralph de Gael between 1066 and 1075. It was later rebuilt, between 1430 and 1455.

First time to visit Norwich and what a lovely place it is, so much stuff to see, and buildings like this, we ventured around some wonderful places and always had our sights set on our next viewing we loved checking out the old style buildings inside and out and taking many photos.

I like the peacefulness of this very large city centre church. I occasionally attend the services here, and those who know me know that I love the Book of Common Prayer services, which are 8 and 6.30 on Sundays and 1030 on Thursday, they are alongside the 10am Sunday service, and the 1.10 and 7.15 services on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings...

This is a beautifully light church well worth 20 minutes of your time to visit. As we walked through the door we were made to feel extremely welcome by the friendly volunteers who immediately gave us a guide to the church. There is a lot to learn. Children will love ascending...
