Penlee Park — Attraction in Penzance

Penlee Park in the summer has an amazing program of talented musicians and theatre groups playing for reasonably priced tickets. It's a beautiful space for the audience to enjoy performances outdoors while enjoying your own byo picnic if you so choose. (although there is a bar available). Special mention to the DOT Production theatre team who performed a brilliant rendition of Sense and Sensibility. Just so enjoyable with a very clever script. Beautiful place to be stunned open spaces to sit and enjoy the park and sunbathe a lovely café serving amazing food and a history museum of the town of Penzance, also in the evenings they have an open evening theatre topped with during the day a training school for tennis players coached from the age from 10 upward then they move on to the real court's this is why I give it a 5 Star plus it has a place in my heart it's where my baby boy took his first...

Plenty of room to run about or play football. Tennis courts and a brand new children's play area with swings and slides etc. Friendly squirrels will love you if you bring them some monkey nuts. Also an outdoor theatre in the summer and that is worth a visit too as is the gallery and cafe...
