YY.House ( Bubble Tea & DimSum) — Attraction in Portsmouth

My friends and I ordered 3 BubbleTeas there. We already sat there for 10 minutes waiting fir our orders when the first BubbleTea was ready. We only had 5 minutes left until we had to leave to get our bus since we traveled here from Brighton. We told the workers that we are in a rush and one of them just didnt respond while the other assured us that they were doing the order right now. The second tea was ready just when we had to leave. Meanwhile, they didnt even start making the third tea. They did the order of a guy, who ordered after us, first. When we were already 5 minutes late, we decided to leave without the last BubbleTea, effectively losing the 6£ we paid for it. We told the staff about the rush multiple times, and when we were assured the order would be ready in just a moment, we noticed that they haven’t even started making it. Very disappointing, would have loved to taste it since we are BubbleTea enthusiasts. In other shops, orders of that kind are done in around 5 minutes, whereas we stood there for 20 minutes and are still missing one tea. What a pity, since the other teas were pretty good. I've never had bubble tea before but wanted to try it. I went for the passion fruit black tea with passion fruit topping on the recommendation of the lady behind the till and it was superb! So fresh and fruity. I went for the prawn and vegetable dumplings (6) and the portion was just right for lunch. In fact, after worrying that it would not be enough I thought the dumplings were actually quite large and filling. Service was basic but very smiley so none offensive. The dim sum was fantastic, very fresh and tasty. Condiment wise they did have vinegar but no chilli oil or soy if wanted. The prawn based dumplings are nicely packed. The soup dumpling proved difficult with the fork and/or chopstick provided -usually you would get a spoon I would have thought to assist with the liquid.
