Sadly a really bad experience, food was over cooked and rubbery. Extortionate prices considering what you’re paying for. Had assumed it will be all inclusive as a meal but everything is separately priced, never seen that format before. Was charged £1 something for cheese, I would have assumed this is a standard with any burger any where you go to. The meat and the chicken was over cooked and luckily they provided steak knives as it was needed, my poor teeth struggled though and I may need to book in a dental appointment after having such a tough time chewing through that. I’m guessing I was served beef and chicken and not kangaroo. Gentleman I was served by came across very shouty and inconsiderate when asked about his over inflated prices, he went onto say that he delivers quality food not like Ken’s. At least with Ken’s you get what you pay for and you can actually get taste and flavour from the food. I think serious consideration needs to be given to the cook to learn how to cook meat to the appropriate level for human consumption. The burgers that came out made it impossible to eat in one go as they were ridiculously bulked up with salad and tomatoes. Overall very disappointed, first and last visit. You’re better off at Ken’s or Flames on Osbourne Road if you want decent affordable and tasty food....

Ordered from her via a 3rd party, chicken breast/ strips were just breast fillets cooked and defrosted from a larger pack, slot of watery fluid. As soo as I opened the chicke container, the smell was horrific, god knows why I tried a bite when the chicken breast was caged hen on roids, no flavour despite being told there was peri sauce on the chicken. There's sauce was watery chili powder, gave a slight red faded pastel colour to the meant and sauce but no favoured. Anyway tasting it, it tasted as bad as it spelt . I could only describe this as hot gone off glass of blackcurrant that has been sittigbin the sun a few days with layers of green mould, that's what the taste and texture reminded me ofz .8 had 3 bites out of a £20 order, the contact and delivery company had to be away because I felt like my organs were failing even smoking it. Delivery company- call them not us So I called kangos, said I felt concerned as the chicken smelt off and funny. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a £5.45 veggie burger, and they decided to charge me £10. I was then given a beef burger when I’d asked for a veggie one. I told the manager and HE was angry at ME, despite being the one who got my order wrong. He didn’t even apologise, but instead accused me of lying about what I’d ordered. After waiting for another fifteen minutes, I was finally given my veggie burger, but it was stone cold and falling apart. It tasted so awful I couldn’t even finish it, and my friend couldn’t finish her beef burger because she said it tasted awful too. I then confronted the manager about being charged £10 for a £5.45 burger and he said the best he could do was give me back £2.30. It was an absolute joke, and he had the nerve to tell me that I needed to be more clear when HE was the one who did NOT listen and who ripped me off! I basically paid nearly £10 for nothing! I have never known such appalling and bad service. Our waiter didn’t even say one word to us! Would not recommended AT ALL....
