New Look — Attraction in Tamworth

I would like to kindly point out that any changes to opening hours, such as an early closure, should be clearly communicated on the store’s website or social media. I made a special trip to this shop to purchase a specific pair of shoes for a styled photo shoot, only to be informed upon arrival that the store was already closed – despite the information online indicating it should still be open. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing and came across as unprofessional. I am unlikely to use this store again...

Honestly couldn’t be more amazed with the impeccable service Scarlet has ! She had been extremely helpful in recommending and giving me her own advice on what would pair very well with my boots . And I honestly have never left NewLook with such a smile . She was honestly so lovely and we chatted for a while in which she told me her favourite costa order and I HAD to try it !
