I really enjoy Ventura Park for a spot of retail therapy there's just enough to keep you occupied for a few hours, with ample parking throughout. Jason's Jackets is a lovely little portacabin snack bar opposite the Asda, that serves really tasty food, jacket potatoes, tea, coffee, and is very reasonably priced. The only downside to Ventura Park is there are no public toilets, but toilets in Asda & Marks & Spencers are readily available. Crossing the road from the Asda Fuel Station to reach Aldi & Home Bargains can be very daunting, and would be exceptionally dangerous to a blind person, as the Pelican Crossing that crosses the 2 main roads does not emit an audible warning to cross the road at all, and other than looking at the traffic lights and the stationary traffic, something the blind can't see is the time to cross, and I maintain that this issue needs rectifying.
