Alice Beach Huts Walton-On-The-Naze — Attraction in Tendring

First time visiting one of Alice's beach huts yesterday and I was not disappointed. We stayed in Lilibet and it was just perfect, it was a birthday treat & I honestly had the best day. I especially loved the veranda, as I'm not a huge fan of full on sun, so that was a big part of choosing Lilibet. The hut is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated inside and out. A lot of care and attention has gone into it and I think it truly sets Alice's huts apart from others. The location is perfect, right by one of the ramps that lead you to the beach, water tap, toilets and the pier are all extremely close. We visited ‘Sandy Feet’ for my aunties birthday and it was lovely, had such a colourful and happy vibe to the beach hut, we loved the signs and decorations in the hut to capture the vibe. The little touch of the hawaian ‘ lei ‘ we absolutely loved. I was forgetful and left one of my own cups there, I messaged to ask if it was in the hut and she replied back very quickly and checked for me the next day to where she found it. She kept in communication with me and I got to collect my cup from her. She was very polite and friendly , a lovely lady to have a chat with aswell.

Fantastic day at Sandy Feet. All you could ever want for a day out is supplied for you bar bringing a picnic. Tea, coffee, sugar all in, close to the loo’s and a water tap. Amazing view of the beach and sea, ideal for sitting, relaxing, people watching or for the more energetic amongst us paddling, swimming (the sea if very flat and so many little tide pool for the teeny tiny ones) sandy (no stones) beach for making castles. The best part is that it’s dog friendly in the hut and on the beach (in front of the hut) basically the whole local area. You won’t get a better day out than using one of the many beach huts...
