Family Pizza Walton — Restaurant in Tendring

With a lovely night in with the boys...the sudden thought of the taste of a luxurious family pizza chicken nugget was the way to go for a Friday night dinner. When ordering 12 chicken nuggets and with bubbling with excitement; the horror and shock when opening the box and counting 11 nuggets was quite the disappointment. I have never experienced such selfishness to not have the full number of 12 nuggets. This is an outrage!! Furthermore, when ringing family pizza to highlight the fact that we only had 11 nuggets, the lady on the phone was a lovely lady and had a welcome voice. However, the delivery man (when spoke on the phone) was ignorornt and rude to me and my friends. This lead to my selfesteam decreasing and made me feel unhappy, to the extent that I didn't want to eat the food overall. In the past, when ordering from family pizza company, they have been kind and helpfull; but not on this occasion. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any other innocent people as nobody...

Boss is so rude and unprofessional, ordered a family pizza specials for children as a treat because it’s our wedding anniversary, we was getting Chinese, they wanted pizza... I added in the note like always to make the pizza half pepperoni, wrong pizza showed up, boss refused to come to phone... refused to help... children was very upset, I said it’s for the kids but he didn’t care, what I could hear him say to the poor lad on the phone was shocking... Chinese turned up as kids pizza went back.... whole night ruined.... will never buy from there again... adults is one thing but to do that to kids is another! Least they won’t have the..........

Used the be a great place to buy pizza.. however our last three home delivery's have been disappointing. The pizza has been cold and the toppings very minimal..our 14 inch Al fungi pizza had two slices of mushroom, on average half a slice of pepperoni per slice sometimes one piece . Not sure if management or owners have changed but it's poor value. I may as well have bought a plane cheese and tomato.. so disappointed..but three in a row over several months shows its their new standard and its stingy and left the whole family wishing we had An aldi pizza in the deep freeze, which is now going to be our...
