So disappointed. We come for morning mania every school holidays and have never had an issue, but after spending almost £50 for today's session and having our 9 year olds sworn at, shouted at, threatened and physically hit by older kids in their session we will never be back.
The boy running the laser quest was told and did nothing and the manager was told and her response was "sorry but we can't control peoples behaviour"
I understand that it was the teenagers responsibility to behave correctly but surely something should have been done during the quest?
I have literally spent £50 on traumatising three 9 year olds who didn't deserve that kind of treatment and laser quest staff should be ashamed of themselves for 1) allowing it to happen and 2) Brushing our complaint off after the fact.
Perhaps you need to look at the age ranges you send in together to stop this happening in future?
I will...
Read moreWhere do I start! The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. If you're going to work at a place where children will be attending and have no communication skills with children then go get another job. I went with my 5 year old brother who was extremely excited and several members of staff were being extremely rude to him and he went home very upset because he had to wait over an hour for the rock climbing area because the staff was too distracted with the overgrown adults on the rockclimbing activity! Out of all of the staff only one member of the staff was being very polite. Definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it either too many restrictions and your children might get pushed over by overgrown adults excited to play on...

A lot of people presume it is closed because no staff are present, but actually staff are just sat in an office behind a one-way mirrored window
Sometimes the staff don’t notice you stood at the desk and you get ignored, there is no bell to ring for attention or anything. So very easy to be mistaken into thinking it is closed.
Because of this the sessions aren’t as busy as they used to be, which is a shame. If laser quest can make sure there is always on the front desk, and maybe do some advertising around Trafford center, it would be a lot busier. Better for the customers and for laser...
