Rituals — Attraction in Trafford

First time I have visited Rituals and enjoyed the experience. Jennie (Jenny?) greeted me courteously, explained the concept and invited me to choose a product to wash my hands. This seems standard rather than covid related, as the wash island appears to be part of the shop fixtures and fittings. Jennie left me to browse, then helped me choose items as presents for my partner and my daughter. I have been in sales all my working life; there is a difference between a salesperson and a caring, helpful salesperson and Jennie displayed genuine empathy. I came out of the shop feeling better than when I went in (and having parted with £52). I always notice staff attitudes and degree of helpfulness and came across a mix in other shops, from good, to one where Jennie could do some staff training for them! Thanks for making what can be an arduous task a positive experience. Although Ritual’s internal staff reviews vary wildly (and as an employer I understand that some people have a work ethic and others think the world owes them a living) I hope the company thrives and recognises that together with great products and a fine ethos, it’s retail outlets succeed or fail on the Jennies and her colleagues on the shop floor. I will visit again...

Had a really great experience at Rituals in the Trafford Centre, and I wanted to mention how helpful and professional Maheen was. She had such a calm and confident presence, and it was clear she genuinely cared about providing a great experience. She asked a few questions about what I liked and then walked me through some of the products that suited me. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she explained everything in a really clear way without being pushy.

I really liked how engaged and attentive Maheen was when I showed her the products I was interested in at the sink. She took the time to explain each one in detail and gave really helpful insights into how they worked. It didn’t feel rushed or sales-focused, just very genuine and informative, which made the whole experience feel more personal...

I had a wonderful visit to rituals  I was greeted as I entered the store with a warm smile and a good morning, it was then followed swiftly with a lovely warm drink which apparently was a calming tea, I browsed for a few minutes then the lovely lady named Jane approached myself again to see if I needed any help, and wow did I get some help she explained about the different products and what was in them and how my skin would benefit from the different products, I even got a hand massage at the sink under the most beautiful cherry blossom tree. I bought some amazing products which I’m very happy with. I will definitely be going back.
