I Nails & Spa salon — Attraction in Warwick

I have been to this salon a handful of times and each time I barely get acknowledged when I walk in the door. The guy that did my nails the last time I was there was not confident at all. I asked for a chrome colour to which he responded ‘we don’t do that here’. (Which is surprising as it’s a nail salon!) I feel like any time I have gone in I have said to myself okay I’ll give them another chance, maybe they are just having an ‘off day’! Today I walked in and didn’t even get an Hello. Instead I got ‘what do you want?’ I told them what I wanted and I sat down and waited to be next. There is never any music playing so there is no atmosphere whatsoever. I ended up walking out as the wait time was too long. I even asked them maybe I could come back later to which I didn’t even get a response!!!! They didn’t even lift their heads to acknowledge anything I said. Such a disappointment. Zero customer service. Would...

I have had a few gel polishes here and am happy as they last few weeks and service is very good. Unfortunately on my last removal after drilling polish of the nail technician went back over my natural nails with drill (which is a no no) and it burnt my nail bed twice I pulled my hand away in reflex, she had to reduce the speed. I have always had strong nails but am now experiencing pain especially with my hands in hot water or using my nails as so thin now as my nail was sanded down too far. I prefer foil and acetone removal process as less harsh and will never have gel drilled off again. As I say happy with pedicure and gel application but should give choice for removal as I'd happily pay more to have foil...

AVOID!!!! Got a full set of acrylics here, using this place for the first time and I would not recommend!!! Got my nails shorter for the first time in about 6 years and in less than a week a nail has snapped off! they do the acrylics so thin and flimsy I can't see these nails lasting any longer than 2 weeks! Woman who does the nails in there is also very rude! Did not seem like she wanted to do my nails at all, will not be going back! * EDIT - I was happy with the length of going shorter as stated in the shop, i went shorter so my nails would not break.
