Leamington Nails & Spa — Attraction in Warwick

So I have been going to leamington spa and nails for such a long time! The old owners always made me feel welcome and was such a lovely atmosphere to go and relax environment as what you wanted.

I went in 3 weeks go to get my nails done.first time since the new owners and I hated it never felt more uncomfortable before. The woman who worked there spoke to me rudely and said sit,it felt like I was an animal being told to sit. I was felt waiting for ages. Nails weren’t great and left unhappy.

Thought they must of had a bad day as everyone does every now and then. So yesterday (5th September) I thought I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again.

Walked through the door,women said quite abrupt what do you want. I explained what I wanted. Told me to wait. I waited for 40 Only to talk my old jel nails off. Like I was some sort of massive inconvenience to them. Like they almost didn’t want to do it. Anyway I then asked if I could have just a jel colour put on. Rolled her eyes and make me uncomfortable again. Comes to paying I asked if I could pay card. Said bank transfer and shoved a bit of paper in my face wih details on. Explain I couldn’t do it as had no internet. So asked if I could pay cash. Prices had gone up. Was looking through my purse to find my loyalty card she then decided to be nosy and help herself to my purse and started going through it. I said excuse me!! Payed and walked out. Told her how rude the staff are and how she went through my purse (what no one does).

Never going back!! So so rude!! I want the old business...

Highly Non-Recommended When I called to get an appointment, I was told it was a walk-in service, and the last appointment was at 5:45 pm. I reached at 5:25pm with my friend, but the man attending to the customers at the parlour was extremely rude to us, the pitch at which he said 'No' in front of the rest of the customers was pretty embarrassing, his reason for denying serving us was pretty lame as well. I thought maybe it was a long day for him and didn't really heed to his misconduct. My friend and I decided to visit the parlour the next day at noon. My friend sat for her acrylic nails. While availing of their service, she asked some questions about the price, majorly difference in price for acrylic gel nails and normal acrylic paint. Again, this guy very rudely said to her, ‘if you have problems, you can go and do your nails from somewhere else'. This was the last nail in the coffin. We were very disappointed with his behaviour and decided to leave the parlour. The staff is very impolite and disrespectful (on the phone and in-person). I couldn't agree more with one of the previous reviews- disgusting behaviour of folks from this sub standard salon! I should have read the earlier reviews on google before visiting this parlour and not thought of finding a nail parlour that...

So today I had an appointment with my friend for infills. When we arrived, the young lad working there offered us a cold drink. The woman who I believe is in charge had ago at him infront of us which is firstly unprofessional & secondly really out of order. I'm guessing you were telling him off for offering us a drink as he didn't give us one and walked off. I have to say we felt really sorry for the way this woman spoke to him! Then when the woman asked what I wanted doing I said infill and asked if she had any designs I could look at, all I got back was " use Google!" Do you not think I had already tried that so that was a rude comment. Then she asked us 3 times rudely if we had an appointment, I replied 3 times yes at 10am and gave our names. The way we were spoken to was so abrupt and rude we decided to walk out. We have been attending this nail place for a long time but since the old owners left the place has gone down hill.The waiting time is awful and there's no manners. I can honestly say we won't be returning again! Bring back...
