My family has been enjoying farm fresh produce this summer and learning about new things to us because we're not from Texas. So far we've enjoyed "yellow meat" watermelon, lemon cucumber, cowboy candy, uniquely flavored honey straws and peach strawberry jelly. For us each visit is an adventure.

Great! Chrane Ranch was very friendly, informative! We emailed the Chrane ranch and picked up the products at the farmers market. The farmers market easy to get to, a good variety of products, shady from the sun, plenty of parking. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great little farmers market. Fresh produce ranges from beets and squash to microgreens like radish and the like. Good looking heads off cabbage and greens. Garlic carrots and squash abound today. Also meat and chicken and eggs available. In the hunt for local honey come out and check this place out. Update Feb 2025 still going great. Meat fresh eggs and veggies available. Lots of fresh sauerkraut and other goodies funny forget to make this grocery run when you can. Also be ready for some sweeties and fresh breads. Lovely little place to round out the grocery shopping. This is just me they take cards and but I feel like cash is easier those transaction fees can eat up money. And bring your own bags it helps, them, you and they don't fit around downtown. Also there's a couple coffee shops if you wanna...

Great vendors, but very limited number of spaces. Many local vendors get turned away due to spaces being booked. I wish they would expand! They have the room and approval from City Council. More vendors = more fun for Abilenians. There is such opportunity for food trucks, local crafts, artist, musucians, and local fresh farm products. Abilene is continuously trying to revitalize this area of town. Expanding the Farmers Market would draw more people out for good, clean fun....

I met several farmers. Some told me about their goods that were grown naturally without chemicals. Nice Cucumbers and Zucchini Squash. The freeze dried bananas are excellent. I was too late to find tomatoes, but I got some green onions, Yellow Squash, a cantaloupe, and some local Honey. I felt good about my purchases....
