I went in today on a whim as I saw they were having a celebration for their anniversary! I was super excited to check it out. I will say first that everything in the store seemed super cute and people seemed to be buying a lot. There were a ton of staff working today and it just felt like everywhere I went everyone around me was being greeted and supported by staff but not one single person spoke to me my entire time I was in the store.. it seemed like staff focused attention on regulars or local people they know well. Worst customer service ever. Don’t shop here I called and complained to the manager and she pretty much laughed when I told her my complaint about the refund policy. I don’t live in Abilene and I specifically told the cashier I was from Tyler and I didn’t love an outfit but I wanted to see if it looked better with a girdle, cashier said NOTHING about no refunds.
