7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Abilene

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to your establishment. On both occasions, I placed an order using directions I sourced from one of the Facebook groups, including a specific photo of the expected presentation. Unfortunately, both times the order was incorrect.

The first visit, the staff was very accommodating and resolved the issue without any hassle, for which I was grateful. However, during my most recent visit, when I raised the issue with the staff member about the incorrect order, I was informed that I needed to specify "caramel drizzle" to avoid them using syrup instead. I assured her that I had said "drizzle" and even provided the visual reference of my order. While she rudely acknowledged my request and said it could be fixed, the drink I received had an excessive amount of caramel, spilling all over the cup.

I appreciate the efforts of your team to correct the order, but I thought it was important to communicate my experience as it appears there may be a misunderstanding regarding how orders are prepared based on customer specifications.

Great coffee and drinks! The service there is wonderful everyone has a pretty great attitude.

Sometimes the music can be a little too loud but it's energizing I suppose for the employee's.

One employee in particular, I don't remember his name but he has long-ish hair kind of curly on top. He has a wonderful outlook, and I always enjoy getting coffee from him. He enjoys talking, and even told me one evening that his goal is "to make people smile"

He is truly a good natured person, and I can read people's "vibes" or "auraus" definitely exudes customer service and friendliness. He always smiles, and seems happy to be there. Please take care of him!!!!!

Notes: I will be calling in the morning. First mistake was my ocean breeze drink with (no ice)and cold foam was not even half full and I didn’t receive the cold foam. The 2 mistake was the iced blondie which I requested with no ice was I don’t even know kind of drink. It tasted like throw up. It had coffee flavors in an energy drink. As they were making it add water from a picture in it. Again that drink is supposed to be an iced coffee!!! This is my first bad experience.
