I work in the Oilfield and was wornout after a 12 hour day. I had placed my ordered at 6:15 PM via phone to be delivered to my hotel. I gave them my hotel address, my phone number, room number and credit card information. They said my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour and half I called checking on my order, The owner personally said she canceled the order because I was closer to the other location and to far away (10 minutes) for her to deliver. No phone call, no correspondence, nothing. She said the person that took the order was in training and messed up. She personally said that she "did not care" and hung up. I could not believe what I was hearing. I was polite and tried to be understanding. I called her back and she said "I do not care about you and to call the closer Panda restaurant". She also said "I do not care about customer service". Oilfield workers, Abilene residents and visitors to Abilene, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and suggest to go elsewhere for your Chinese food. Its all about the money with these folks. I told her if she had called and said her employee had made a mistake I would have paid extra for the burden and thats when she said she had other business to take care of. Do not support this business, they dont deserve your business. By the way, she charged my credit card and it almost 9 pm and I still am looking for the credit on my card. These foreigner does deserve our business, so please...

We stopped by the Rebecca Lane location today and ended up walking out. We wanted to substitute mei fun noodles for our rice at lunch, but the girl running the register said “we’re out.” We said “really?”, and she openly said “well, actually, we aren’t out, I just don’t know how to ring those up.” She then said “I can do lo-mein noodles though.” So, she was willing to give us the wrong thing as a substitute instead of figuring out how to ring up an item we asked for that we confirmed was available at the time, all because she didn’t know how and wasn’t willing to figure it out.
REALLY?? You don’t know how to do your job, so instead of figuring it out, you refuse to help your customers?
She then asked a guy that was sitting down eating, and he said “we’ve never done that.” We explained that we have come to this location since it opened, and have done it every time without incident until today. He just shrugged his shoulders and said “well, we don’t do that.”
We told them we could go to the other location and have no problems, and they said “maybe so, but we don’t do that.” Again, just being lazy and refusing to figure out how to do the job.
So, we went to the North 10th location and got exactly what we wanted, no problem at all (as expected).
We will NEVER come to the Rebecca location again. If you want better food and much better service, skip this one...
Read moreI ordered via phone and when I got there they got my order wrong, I ordered chicken w/ broccoli and they tried to give me beef w/ broccoli. So when I told the female cashier that they got my order wrong, instead of saying sorry sir let me fix that for you she said "But do you eat beef?.. just take the beef w/ broccoli". I then replied I did not order the beef and want chicken, she then replied again "Do you eat beef?" And I replied "Yes I do eat beef, but I did not order beef". Instead of saying sorry or fixing my order someone else stepped in and said I put the order in wrong just remake the chicken. She then told me to wait ten minutes and I did. When I walked back in to pick up my order that they had corrected it took them about 10 minutes to ring me up because the cashier was confused about the previous order. Then when I got home the food was cold and barely had any chicken and all of the broccoli was basically raw and uncooked. Thankfully the food was only $5, but it should of been free because of how bad the service was. Throughout this ordeal no one apologized for the incovience or seemed to even care about how the service was. Will...
